I am a semi frequent customer because I live in the area. 3rd shift cashier is a very difficult person to deal with. the store is closed before appropriate times. When it is open he's very unpleasant and rude. Dirty drink area. . I will be following up with the corporate office guaranteed. That is absolutely ridiculous, as well as unacceptable.

The establishment was dirty. Flies were rampant in the pastry cabinet. There was a large spill on the floor. I do not recommend stopping here.

I went into the store about 3:20 or so and i love there food its gas station food so i dont expect much out of it which i feel like its fair to assume its not going to be the best i love there burgers and there wings i asked the lady how has the wings been in the heat box and she said 30 minutes with an attitude and not just your regular attitude im talking about nasty attitude i did nothing to this lady all i wanted to know how long they had been out and she had a unjustified mean comment there's probably a good chance i wont return to this speed way and as i was on the way out the nice lady who was working at the time even apologized to me and even recognized how that lady had talked to me she told me to file a cooperate complaint what that tells me is this isn’t the first time this lady has done this and going based off the google reviews i seen it seems like this was 1 of the several times someone has acted in this manner

Should we start with this being dirtiest Speedway I’ve ever been in or how their diesel pumps are down most of the time. Trash cans overflowing, washer fluid looks like used oil. The shame is it was just remodeled a few short years ago. Do better speedway, do better.

Cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a speedway. Girl working said they try. Well they succeeded, working with what they have of course. It is still a speedway bathroom. Just a very clean one.

Cant believe how smoky it was inside the store, either employees or staff smoke inside the store, how nasty, store was cluttered and the floor was nasty, cashier was pleasant but need more than one worker when there is a line of customers, took about 15 minutes just to purchase some snacks, wont be patronizing anymore speedway locations, had a similiar experience in the cynthiana location

I was refueled diesel from this is location, i want to go there anymore, payment made by debit card but pump limit 500 dollar, i need more diesel stupid guy swiped card and bank declined

I stopped in this morning to make a purchase. This speedway is probably the worst I have ever seen. The cashier is rude. I have had an opportunity to read some of the other reviews and I was not surprised. The auto reply that speedway gives to the folks who have visited this speedway is a joke. Why would you need more information. The customer already told you what had happened during there visit. On another note, speedway should not allow people to be hanging out in the front of the store asking for money. It is not what I really need to hear first thing in the morning. Enough is enough. Fix the problem or speedway should consider closing this location down.

The woman (Nicole I think is what her badge said) is one of the rudest people I've dealt with in customer service. It wouldn't hurt you to smile and talk politely every once in a while instead of being snarky and impolite to your customers.

The worst gas station ever. The employees are rude and need better hygiene. They like to run the clock without taking responsibility for anything. The little hispanic dude that works late nights is always on his phone on a call and beyond rude to customers. This truly could be a better gas station, especially being right off new circle. Smh.

I come to this place regularly, there is always something wrong, coffee machines not working, no coffee cups, no sugar, no sandwich or pannini bread.... Website gas price different from what the have and to top it all it's always DIRTY...
