These employees are rude and dishonest. I lost my speedway gas card that had $500 on it at their store. I left my information with the night worker Thomas Day to give to the manager. Come to find out! The employee Thomas Day never gave my information to the manager nor was the paper I wrote my info on anywhere to be found according to the manager. She was so non chalant about it, and basically called me a liar by stating that if I left my information with him it would have been posted where all complaints are posted, or he would have called her. I felt so vulnerable in front of people at the store as if I’m just making all this up. I will never shop at speedway or get any gas from speedway again they handled my situation poorly.
I’m calling corporate aswell.

Worse speedway in KY. My spouse was purchasing a beer and asked cashier who was white older man wearing a cap with glasses for help and he declined to help her. In fact he yelled! “we have nothing here for you “. My spouse is Latino. Sounds like this employee needs some guidance on how to treat people with respect. It’s a sad world.

This place is not clean AT ALL.....I went to this location to get a fountain drink and use the restroom. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. The ice had black stuff in it and the restroom was so nasty it made me gag. It looked like that bathroom hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Do not go here if unless you are planning to get gas or something that is already packaged.

Sloppy, dirty. Grossly understaffed, while a boom box usually blares. Party central for the employees. Customers NOT invited. Sandwiches NEVER stocked. Sandwiches OFTEN NEVER health dated!?! Look. This is not a disco club. I will stand in line for 15 minutes while shabby staff figures out they NEED TO open ANOTHER register!!! Straight street. Buy elsewhere. You ARE WASTING time. Plus money. O service. Place is usually dirty. Bathrooms stink. If your in a hurry? Don't bother. Coffee is usually burnt, old, or almost out. Buy elsewhere. No joke!!!

Very unprofessional when you can’t even get the “GENERAL MANAGER” of their so called store in store or on the phone!!! Clearly speedway swiped my card and took the whole balance off of the card, however was told there’s nothing they can do about the charge not going through on THEIR END! So I’m just supposed to walk out without ANYTHING and wait until 6am when it goes through the system. Trust I would not be out here getting gas in the middle of a rain storm! Come on now!

Went there at 4:30am wanted some freaking donuts. My boyfriend was accused of stealing. The cashier was watching him from the moment he walked in to the moment we walked to the counter. We both have good jobs and have no reason to steal anything. She was being super racist toward him. And she was extremely rude we tried to say hi upon entering the store she just kept staring at him with a nasty look.

I went in for a coffee and seen a add on the counter for any size coffee with muffin price before buying gas, come to find out listed prices only aply to card members so ill buy my gas elseware because price at the pump may only be for card members. False addvertizement if you ask me. Prices listed should be for non card holders, with card then you pay less than listed. Avoid this bait and hook astablisment
