12/5/23 around 9:45 I stopped to get a cup of coffee, woman working was screaming " Jamie " through the store to get the employee to stop talking to the mail lady. I asked woman behind register if there was any cream or sugar for coffee, she was rude saying " I don't know I don't drink it!!!" I told her it was her job to refill it and if they didn't have it just say so. Woman said " girl go on some where!!!"Don't ask these employees to get anything for you, they are rude,confrontational, and inconvenient.I left and went to speedway on Southland Dr where I got a cup of hot coffee and a much more pleasant stop..Speedway you need to fire and re hire from scratch!!!

Stopped by a few times while i ws in town. Mainly dealt with the gentleman at night, who was very friendly. First time I've seen a speedway and 711 as one. It hrew me off at first, not gonna lie.

Customers beware.Apparently it's too much to do a walk of the store and see if things are out of place. One of the coolers has a light fixture that has falled over and is ONLY being held up by electrical twist caps. Once those go, either someone will get a nasty zap or a fire will start. Severe lack of care.I came for a fountain drink but the machines are out of service. Again. Seems to be a trend with local Speedway locations recently. Repeated issues like they can't be bothered to keep up with the machines.

Was immediately put "on hold" every time I tried to calling, rings for 3 mins and hangs up, called about four times each 20 minutes apart, no way its not deliberate avoidance of doing their job.

TAKE and LOOK at your receipt!!Won't be back. Second time I have purchased something from the Beaumont Speedway and the price on the shelf was different than what I was charged.Example of what occurred today:Coke zero 15 pack advertised as $5.99. Receipt reflected $7.59.Manager said it was the vendors fault, since they put the wrong price on the coke products. So, it is too much for the customer to expect Speedway staff to double check the ad/sale prices of the products it sells?Cashier said she was sorry, repeatedly, and followed up with she just works there, and that I can go to Kroger around the corner and get it cheaper. Appreciate the suggestion, but referring customers to a competitor never ends well.

After an early morning stop on my way to turn in my rental car, I lost my receipt, Four days later , Cody went above and beyond to find a copy in their database and send it to me. Expense report saved! He was polite and helpful. Thanks Cody!

Arrived@12am. Store CLOSED. Closed cleaning hours are supposed to be like 2-3am or 3-4am! No one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!! WHERE IS THE CONSISTENCY AND CUSTOMER Service?!!!

Don't go in looking for anything specific cos they probably won't have it. And God forbid you ask them to go in the back to look for something. 1st and 2nd shift are usually very rude/unprofessional, act inconvenienced by you, when they're not yammering on the phone behind the counter or outside smoking. Blonde 1st shift manager is worst of all, she may not be there anymore as I've stopped going in the mornings and good riddance if she isn't. Never had a problem with third shift, that are the only reason it is getting 2 stars instead of 1.(Edited to fix misspelling)

There’s nobody that refuses to pick up the phone more than a speedway employee. It’s bad enough I have to ask for help with the pump being in a wheelchair, to me it’s embarrassing and they just make it more worse on me. Accessibility in this world is important but if you don’t want to pick up you might as well disconnect your phones.

This would be great in terms of convenience, but unfortunately every pump charges you money multiple seconds before it distills the gasoline, which adds up in the long run. If this mechanism was fixed I would be delighted, but given this has been going on for years I cannot recommend going to this gas station.

Second shift employee of Friday and Saturday nights, Jacob(known as Yaʿaqov to his people), one of this speedway’s most hardworking employees, he is known far and wide as the best dreidel maker around and has always done his job enforcing the sacred tradition of universal cleaning hour.While I had thought my early morning visit to speedway would be uneventful, in retrospect after deep reflection and meditation upon my experience as well as the sacred Torah I have come to realize the fault of my naivety. Upon arrival to speedway at the fair, blossoming hours of dawn, (2:30 am) I was informed by this kind gentleman that this 24 hour speedway was not open for 24 hours, but was in fact closed between 2 and 3 for the celebration of a sacred tradition known as “universal cleaning hour”. A seemingly antiquated tradition at first, as I celebrated the ways of Yakub and his people his customs began to grow on me.Indeed, it seems that what Yakub had shared with me that day was not simply his traditions, but the part of me that I didn’t know I was missing, a part of me that I had been missing for a very long time. In that moment it seemed to me as if I was standing in the very gas station my father had gone to to buy milk all those years ago, and for that short period of time in which Yakub was instructing me I felt like I truly belonged. If I could say anything to Yakub it would be simply this: thank you, thank you for everything you e done for me, and thank you for showing me what it feels like to truly belong, to be back with my own people again.Nachos were mid.
