Communicated by text with Wes about patio seating set I saw on internet ad. Wes was very quick to respond and actually sent a photo of another set that was on sale and much nicer than the one I was looking at first. I put down deposit and went in the next day to view and complete my transaction. Everything thing went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend Steepleton to my friends. They are also delivering to us in Wilmore, Ky for free.

Finding this store was a happy accident. I made a wrong turn and pulled into the lot to turn around - noticed the beautiful Adirondack chairs sitting outside.I have been price checking them for about 3 months.I am happy with the price and the service was outstanding. Dakota was knowledgeable and patient with my questions.I live in Lexington and was elated to learn that they will deliver to my home at no charge when my order is received from the manufacturer.

We recently purchased a pool table. Haven't gotten to play on it yet. Delivery is in a few days. Which is perfectly fine. Wes has excellent customer service skills. He made it easy to make decision on the purchase. He had the answers to all our questions. We really appreciate his patients,kindness and most of all his professionalism. We will be back for future purchases of needed supplies.

I came in first thing Monday morning, got what I wanted at a great price, loaded the item and headed home in 30 minutes. Everyone was polite and helpful. The best shopping experience I’ve had in a long while.
