Always had an attitude when calling for help, making me out to be dumb, when really their technology is the issue. Could never go in and out of the gate with ease. Office hours changed multiple times, making it near impossible to receive help with gate when needed. Could never get connected to my store without going through 10 hurdles on the phone with the general nationwide service. Also continually increased prices since they knew I was out of state. Would have loved to have kept my unit, but was tired of the continued lack of support for the price I was paying. Unfortunately I will not be recommending StorageMart to anybody, and, if anything, I will be discouraging folks from supporting this business.
