Bought a Navigator that belonged to the owner’s brother. First test drive had a shaking in the front. I asked for that to be fixed if I purchased and they agreed. Their fix was to rotate the tires so that the bad one was on the back. I finally talked them into replacing whichever tire was bad and that never happened. So I had to buy new tires because the belts were broken in 2 of them. Then after 2 days of owning it the transmission started giving me shift faults. Then after another few days the rear end started whining. So I purchased a really nice looking navigator that needed a transmission and rear end. Pretty much what you would expect from any car lot.

Vehicle was exactly as it was listed and was a great price. The employees were very kind and did not pressure us into buying, but instead were patient and even stayed past closing on a Friday to get the deal done.

Excellent dealership/auto store to deal with! Super professional and easy to deal with. I feel that honesty and integrity are the most important things associated with the auto industry and what people usually don't find at a dealership. This dealership delivered both! Very good inventory and they do a great job in reconditioning/servicing their vehicles. My experience was 100% EXCELLENT!! They delivered my vehicle to my home in Tennessee. Even their drivers exhibited a very professional attitude and my new SUV was perfect in every way! Thank you Mark once again for running such a tight ship! :-)

Bought a car from them 2.5 weeks ago and the engine is blown! This place is a scam! They told me the car had a new engine placed in it only to find out it needs a new one. UNBELIEVABLE! Do not trust their word, I did and landed in a crap show!

They gave us a good amount on our trade in and a decent price on the car. The car needed new tires so they replaced the front ones for us. When we got the car back, they were two different brands. We inquired why they weren’t the same and they were used so we were confused and the girl at the service area said “they are new to you, right?” When we got the car home, the following day when I went out to drive it the bumper was popped out. There was a clean car fax so we assumed no accidents. While looking further, there was spider webbing in the bumper as well and the headlight was replaced.
A year later, we drive down a gravel road often because we live rural, there was a pop one day while driving down that road. When I got home, the rear right fender was flopping. Turns out, the zip tie they placed to hold it in broke.
Would never recommend this place and will not return.

I purchased a car today at strong Auto my salesperson Kyle was amazing he did not hide anything very upfront very professional everybody there was nice I did not think I could qualify for anything but they made it happen I'm very appreciative and plan on sending more people their way I'm super happy with my new car it drives amazing. My husband and I recently purchased a car from Strong Auto, and the entire experience was outstanding. We found a vehicle online and visited the dealership the very next day, where we met Steve. He made the process incredibly smooth, stress-free, and straightforward. Would give 0 stars if I could. Sold me a lemon and nothing I can do about it. Said they changed the oil but when I went to get the oil changed it was black and sludge and was informed that car has not had an oil change there was no way possible for it to look like that and only had a HALF QUART IN IT. After the oil change the next day my engine locked up from lack of maintenance I guess. So it needs a new engine put it not even 2 months later! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Complete SCAM! Edit my 2020 Nissan pathfinder doesn’t even have 80k miles on it absolutely no reason it needs another engine after not even driving it for TWO MONTHS! You guys should be ashamed

Last week we bought a 2020 bmw here ..it was the easiest car purchase we ever had ...We drove from knoxville for a beautiful car and price that was unbeatable...Loan papers were done in few minutes...no hidden charges no dealer fees here and there ...Steve our guy was such a helpful guy that made the experience so positive and easy ...good communication..we are very happy with our purchase and definitely will go back there to get another car when needed.
