Purchased a pair of $319 Maui Jim sunglasses and less than 30 days later a screw fell out. I understand that can happen and wasn’t upset. We took them in to get the same exact pair and exchange them as that’s a lot of money to spend for them to already be missing a screw. They didn’t offer to replace the screw, didn’t have the same pair, the Macys location didn’t have the same pair, they could not order them and refused to refund them so we could purchase them on their website ourselves. That’s horrible customer service. Then find out the man working in the store and hitting his vape didn’t even know what he was doing as they could have ordered them. I don’t think giving me a box to pay to ship them to the manufacturer myself and be without them for over two weeks is the answer. You sure didn’t mind selling me five pair and taking over $1k from me. POOR customer service! Remember who pays your paycheck. Cause when they stop coming so does your paycheck. It’s a choice. Customers are not always right but you should always treat them how you want to be treated.

I came into this store today with the intention of buying a pair of ray-bands. I didn’t know where to start and communicated this to the clerk. I then paced around the small space kind of looking around and left. Maybe I should have been more forward than to say “I’ve never really worn sunglasses and don’t really know where to start” when asking for help. The clerk ignored this and proceeded to fiddle with a box lol what a missed opportunity.

My wife and I stopped in to purchase a pair of sunglasses for her. Steven was very friendly and helpful. He gladly offered advice about what looked best on her and gave us information about the sun protection they offered. Thanks Steven!

My husband and I came here to each get a pair of sunglasses. I had picked out a pair of pink Coach sunglasses and my husband was trying to decide between Prada or Ray Ban. I took my phone out of my purse to check the time and placed it back inside, then a blonde woman came out of the back yelling at me saying I put a pair of sunglasses in my purse and we needed to get out. I was shocked and said I put my phone in my purse, said she could even go through my purse if she wanted. She said she did not care and that we needed to leave anyways. We were unable to make the purchases we wanted and she caused a huge, embarrassing scene by yelling at us and forcing us to leave. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and was accused without even being given a chance to explain myself. I was disappointed about not being able to make my purchase but they do NOT deserve your business. We went to the satellite store in Macy’s and Landon treated us absolutely wonderful.

Came in a little frustrated, due to a delay on my replacement. Explained to the manager of the situation, had my paperwork ready, had the broken glasses ready and I spoke to her calmly. She did everything she could to make up for it. It’s a tough time for people, especially dealing with the public. Thank you ladies for your strong customer service today.

Charged me twice for a pair of sunglasses and refused to address the situation. I requested a phone call, but never received one. My bank rectified the situation after no one at Sunglass Hut would acknowledge the issue.

Bought the warranty on the sunglasses, needed to utilize a claim, called before I made an hour drive to fulfill the replacement, then get told once I arrive they are out of warranty replacement. Expressed my displeasure of not being told the warranty was only 13 months, as well as calling before I made a big trip, seeking some sort of discount. No help or even apology was offered. I try to give business to brick and mortar retail when possible. Should have kept my business online in this situation. Won’t make that mistake again.

I'm on my second pair of Ray-Bans and I ended up bending the arms of the sunglasses and Ryan was able to fix them up like new. I bought my first ones with him and he is always patient and kind. I appreciate him and his commitment to excellent customer service!
