orrible! we went there because there was no wait and now I understand why. when we first walked I. I heard "what can I do for you?" couldn't see anyone and heard it again. turns out she was washing the managers hair so then a stylist (I'm coming to use that term lightly) who had sores on her face, mouth and chest rudely asked if I checked in online. she was the one who cut my almost 5 yr olds hair. she rushed it with the clippers and cut his ear. it bled and I asked for something to clean it. she walked over to the manager who at this time was getting a blowout from another stylist and asked what I should clean it with. they pondered over it and finally found an alcohol wipe. the haircut itself was probably the worst haircut he has ever had and he gets them about every 3 weeks bc I like his hair nest and it grows fast. over the ears look like ends of a rectangle. they are so high above the ear and pointed. it looks horrible. I am embarrassed! someone really needs to look at this place and fix some major issues.

Left after 3 mins of waiting because it literally smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes inside the store all day. When I got home I had to throw all of my clothes in the washer because I smelled like an ash tray.

Stopped in today for a trim. It was spur of the moment. Wanted a trim so I didn't look bedraggled as I'm trying to grow my hair back out. The older guy with the hat was the only person there. He became irritated with me because I said I wanted a trim and I wanted to show him a picture. He said he didn't need to see a picture. He ended up taking one chunk out of the back of my hair. I figured it was some new cutting style. He also did 2 cuts from the front. He said I was done. I paid and left and then as I'm driving to the next chore I'm thinking my hair feels really short in back. I stopped at a different salon to ask someone if they would check the back of my hair. Sure enough,. He took one nasty , evil, chunk out of the back of my hair. It was not some artsy new cutting technique. - The bright side is I found a really lovely lady to cut my hair from now on at the second place I went to. - You've been ⚠️ warned.

As a busy mother my hair is so important to be easy and low maintenance. Ernie is my fav o rite!I am so pleased with the patience and time, that Ernie has put into my hair over the years. It truly shows hisexpertise, as he has recreated or matched pictures I've asked him to create. And spot on. Yet he still makes sure I am shiny and healthy yet I still have my highlights and my beautiful undertones that are 100%, a work of art.Thank you for your beautiful work and maintenance that has kept that hop in my step when I walk down the street knowing my hair is healthy and exactly what I asked for. Thanks a million. Luv. Ya Ernie! Client for life!

I give this 5 stars because of Ernie. He does a fantastic job - color, cuts, shampoo (the best scalp massage, conditioning especially when I’ve been in the pool too often). I only come here because of Ernie. He’s the best. Seems he is always here.

My sister took my daughter to get her haircut yesterday and the stylist messed my daughter's hair so bad! The stylist cut my daughter's hair so short after my sister explained to her to not cut above the shoulders! The stylist was given a picture for reference and she completely ignored it and jacked up my kids hair!! I'm so devastated and so is my daughter. The layers are uneven, one side of the head is longer than the other, it's cut way above the shoulders. The stylist ignored everything that was said the shown to her. I guess you get what you pay for and the cut was suppose to be a simple asymmetrical cut, nothing else.

My daughter just went and got her hair cut here. She's 16 and this was one of the first things she has tried to do herself, without us there, since getting her driver's license. She had a male stylist, who was also apparently the manager. She specifically told him she *did not* want curtain bangs and he cut them anyway. He also cut it quite a bit shorter than she asked for and he didn't even wet her hair. Honestly, the entire experience was terrible and she is so upset. The only upside is that she has learned a valuable lesson in 1. listening to her instincts (that were telling her to not get in such a hurry to get it done *right now* after the first place she went had a long wait) and 2. speaking up for herself. We now will need to pay to have it evened up and repaired as much as is possible and you can rest assured, regardless of whatever kind of hurry we may be in to get a "quick haircut," that we will never go back to this location.Service: Haircut

I give this stylist five stars, her name is megan. But dealing with, what I believe was the manager, is what prompted this negative review. I went in for gray blending ($28)and a haircut ($20). I called and checked prices first as I am on a very tight budget. During the service, the manager admonished the hair stylist telling her she was using the wrong dye. This was one among many criticisms that he directed at her while I was there; it was very uncomfortable for me. Upon check out, the stylist noted that the manager had already put the charges into the system and proceeded to charge me $75. I was obviously shocked. When I said it should be $48, the manager said " she used the wrong dye, it was more expensive." I replied that wasnt my responsibility, to which he replied "you said you liked it" while smirking. This conversation went on for another couple minutes going nowhere, he just kept saying "you said you liked it" . The stylist was visibly shaking by this point, and said "don't worry I'll cover the difference". I stated that I would not be back to that Salon as long as that man was working there, to which he LAUGHED. Please note there were other customers in the salon at the time. This interaction was so bizarre and upsetting.

The man turned me into a spotted tiger. Now I need to go get it corrected. I wish he would had said this is not my skilled work and I cannot do it. Very disappointed. Older black guy that wears a hat did my hair.
