Suzanne was awesome to work with to find our new home. We were most likely one of the smaller home transactions she has been a part of recently, but the time she put in wouldn't have shown that. She was extremely attentive and was able to contact other realtors and schedule house tours very quickly. When we eventually found the perfect home, Suzanne was vital in the negotiation process to come to a number we were comfortable with for the home. She was also a tremendous help from the time of offer acceptance through closing. I can't imagine this process without the help of Suzanne and we will surely work with her again in the future.
