Owner started talking to another person during the middle of us talking about specific bourbon prices. Clearly thought because of how young I was I couldn’t afford the options he had.Place is a literal bourbon museum not a store; he puts prices on bottles that are 8x MSRP or more. Literally wanted $120 for a blantons mini.

Nice stuff if you are loaded with money. Guy was nice the first time we went in but the second time he was rude! Almost like we were not good enough to be in there. Oh well- no need to return.

Store is okay to walk through, but the crotchety old man owner is very rude and everything is WAY overpriced.

One of the coolest places I've been to... If you're looking for bourbon, horse racing, and an Elvis store... This is for you!

Fun to go and look, but it's like a museum for me as I am not swimming in money like Scrooge McDuck. Definitely caters to the upper class of whiskey drinkers. My advice is to take a trip to Buffalo Trace and buy your bourbon at a REASONABLE price. But I can't deny they have a pretty good selection of unicorns.

Pretty disappointed. Got here at 9 am like the posted hours on Google just to find they don’t open for another 3 hours. Drove over half an hour, wish they would’ve updated their hours online..

What a terrific venue for bourbon lovers, especially for fans of those hard-to-find bottles. Brian has curated quite the collection and I highly recommend lining up a private tasting with him. My wife and I did this as part of our bourbon tour and it was the highlight of the trip!

I've been shopping here since it opened. They always have rare and hard to find bourbons available for purchase. If you're willing to pay the price, they'll have something you'll want.

Cool store! Looks more like a museum than a store.

The lady behind the counter was wonderful. Great personality, great help in locating items. Some of the prices there were beyond high. Like top of the Secondary Market high. If you don't mind paying the price this is your store. A ton of collectors bottles and furniture.

I have known Brian for a few years, super nice. I took my husband into The Barrel Market for the first time today. Huge variety of bourbons to choose, some, very hard to find anywhere else. Interesting history behind some of the bourbons in there. I am not a bourbon drinker, but, Brian introduced me to a shot called, "Bear Necessity". It was delicious!!! Barrel Market not only sells bourbons, but, awesome furniture, and, accessories made out of barrel staves. Check them out. Located in the Summit, in Lexington, KY.
