I would give negative starts if possible. I dove almost an hour to make a return. I got there at 7:58 and they had already locked the door. The older blonde/white headed lady came to the door and pretty much said sorry about your luck! Awesome customer service. Thanks for nothing!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience with the call center. I requested a supervisor and told I was transferred to someone named kevin who sounded like the same person and when I requested a rep number was given something that sounded fake when I asked for it to be repeated I got a different number.

Affordable, cute, and durable clothes. The employees are always so sweet. It is also easy to order online and return in store if needed.

Not only can you not walk through the store but they have everything blocked to where you can’t try clothes on your littles. I was told to buy the clothes and take them to a family restroom and bring them back to return if I needed too! Joke! Need more quality shopping choices for kids in Lexington.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Went in and was automatically bombarded with questions about the store card. I told them no thank you cause my credit isn't the best and ive been working on it. Well I was asked 3 more times when I finally had to give a firm no. I just went in for a couple things for a gift and can't even shop without being harassed.

I sent my pregnant daughter whom has asthma with $500 to get her stuff that she needed for the baby and she was kicked out for not having a mask. We will Never shop here again!

It is miserable hot and I’m pretty sure some of the stores aren’t complying with ADA. But I do have to say as a new mom, I loved the fact that there was a separate baby bathroom for moms to feed and change their baby in privacy. It even has a recliner! Again though, my only complaint is that is SO HOT in that room, too.

The line was literally wrapped around the store. Noticed 3 other workers in the store but not once did anyone else open a register. Stood in line for 15 to 20 minutes just to check out. At one time noticed one worker chit chatting, leaning on counter talking and looking at something on cellphone. Not cool.

Terrible customer service. Totally understaffed. Waited over half hour to get checked out and with no apology.

I wish you would do something about the constant harassment customers must endure from the vendors in your kiosks. You walk from one end to the other and at least three people come after you trying to ask you question after question. Then you walk back and get hit up three more times by the same people. Today I saw them harass a mentally disabled woman while her caregiver tried to hustle her away. Saying no just doesn't work on them.

I came to Children's place to pick up an order that was shipped to the store. There was a line of about 5 people with one associate. There was another associate but she may have been in training and could not ring up customers. A customer had a complimentary 30% discount due to issues he had with the store and the associate did not know how to add the discount to an order that was already completed. The associate called two people while the line was growing. There were now about 7-10 people in the line now. She proceeded to explain that the company doesn't train their associates for this type of issue.... Regardless of what Training you have received, customer service is figuring out how to help the person in front of you, while assuring the other customers in the line that you will help them soon. Three people got out of line while I waited. I am still in line 15 minutes later and the associate is still trying to figure out how to apply a 30% discount to a purchase made already. Children's place, please provide your associates the training so that when they receive a discount code that you provided to a customer, the associate knows how to process it.
