Red Mile Gaming & Racing is the second oldest harness track in the world and a major destination for entertainment and gaming in Kentucky. It features live and simulcast racing, hosts exciting events like wiener dog and corgi racing, and has over 900 gaming terminals. The venue is a well-decorated, clean space with a bar and a tiny entertainment area for bands, though the crowd is more receptive than looking to dance. The wiener dog event is a joyous spectacle and a delightful family outing with decent shaded facilities. However, experiences can vary. Finding assistance on the gaming floor is often reported as very difficult, with employees sometimes seeming clueless. While front entrance staff are great, service in the restaurant is frequently awful and slow. The food is considered decent but forgettable, and drinks are subpar. The gaming selection is a disappointment to some, offering only slots with no other options, and the atmosphere is described as dark, especially in contrast to the beautiful local racetrack. It remains a place to have a good time for specific events or gambling, set in the heart of Bluegrass country.

Local place to have a good time, gamble a little, eat, and enjoy playing. The cleanest restrooms in all of Lexington. Usually have DJ’s, events, free play, welcome gifts for newbies and so much more. Very friendly staff and a great time. Just only take what you’re willing to donate.

Fun place to go. If you want to gamble in a state that gambling is illegal, just go to downtown Lexington at the Red Mile! Lots of slots! I enjoy eating an infused gummy and chilling on the slot machine for a little while. Just know, gambling is addictive. Keep it in check! KY CBD FARMACY
