Went to return two items sent two emails per UPS - the lady then rudely told me she doesn’t work for Amazon and it isn’t up to here to match labels … the labels she had me send. She then told me go ahead call someone named Eric- he would side with her. The place was in shambles so I am sorry to inconvenience your rude power tripping I don’t work for Amazon so I don’t care employee- Great service. Complaining to Amazon- they should be aware of how this ups store, this rude person treats Amazon customers. UPS apparently doesn’t need Amazon business.

She was so kind, very helpful and even helped me get like 14 pages printed and worked with me to get it within my price range! Both of them nice ladies were so awesome and deserve raises! I've always gone to the library for my prints because I get to do them myself and it's much cheaper but shouldn't because of the amazing ladies I met today you have made a long time frequent customer who doesn't mind to pay more as long as you have them working there, if they leave you loose me also lmao ?
