Thoroughbred insured an apartment under the wrong address, was made aware of the problem yet never fixed it. After starting home owners at another location, I find out two weeks in that the policy was never instated. Better yet, when I called to ask about it, the agent tried to gaslight me even though I have documented proof of every conversation we have had.I urge you to find insurance elsewhere.

We have had several issues with this company. No return phone calls and several bank charges due to them not adding our new banking information. The staff does not seem very knowledgeable and does not seem to be able to answer any of our questions and concerns. Charged extra for items out of our control. I would not recommend this company for your insurance needs.
