Work was fine but my vehicle was damaged (paint gouged) and they won't repair or own up to it. They say it wasn't their fault. Took it to corporate who also won't do anything. Won't be back. Zero stars

Friendly and helpful employees, got me a good deal on tires with a free oil change and alignment. They even offered to share some Thanksgiving food they had made. Great experience overall

I'm leaving three stars mainly because of the simple fact of the district manager that helped get me help but I was in the waiting room for 15 minutes before anybody helped me I also had a friend that used to work here that warned me that this location was racist but I was like okay well I've gotten multiple tires from here and never noticed until today it took them 15 minutes to get me even taken care of then another 30 minutes to get the tire and stuff done when all they were doing was just put the tire on the rim and the top it all off the main reason I'm leaving three stars is said district manager that I was speaking highly of had the audacity to ask me are you feeling better now no I had an blowout yesterday had the way today to get my car from Georgetown you don't have any parking which by the way I had to park my $60,000 collector's edition mustang in the middle of the road in their parking lot while they're handicapped parking lots were taken up with cars that they just have parked there no handicap stickers so yea I just won't be back was warned but wanted to give it a fair shot but no if you're a person of color they will be snippy with you

After keeping my Nissan for over 6 hours and not being able and apparently not equipped to do a brake job on a Nissan and after a quote of over $800 I had to take it down the road to Mavis. Avoid these time wasters.

Made an appointment to purchase and install 4 new tires. When scheduling the appointment provided year, make and model of my car. Took my car in at 8 a.m. only to be called an hour later to come back and pick up my car because Tire Discounter did not have tires to fit my car and would need to order them. In the mean time I was able to locate the tires on line and have them installed. When I called Tire Discounters to let them know that I had located the tires on line, the man on the phone became rude and surly as he explained what an inconvenience this had been for tire discounters. When I replied that I had been inconvenienced as well by making an appointment, providing all relevant information concerning my vehicle, driving to the shop at 8 a.m. only to be told an hour later that the tires were not in stock, then having to return to Tire Discounters to pick up my car, the representative from Tire Discounters hung up on me. Very disappointed by the lack of service and professionalism of Tire Discounters staff. Will not recommend this company in the future.

I had a nail in a tire. Stopped in without an appointment. They were able to look at the tire within about 30 or so minutes. They found that the nail hadn't punctured the tire at all, and sent me on my way at no charge. I appreciate that a lot.

Did not perform wheel alignment.
We purchased a full set of new tires, which included a wheel alignment. After reviewing our dash cam footage, we confirmed the vehicle was never even driven onto the alignment rack. This is completely deceptive, dishonest, and a clear violation of customer trust. How many other customers are being scammed by services that are never actually performed?

I would never recommend anyone to go here. They didn’t put on the center cap to my rim correctly after they did my front brake pad replacement. Now they keep giving me the run around and lying to me telling me they’ll call me back even when I show up in person they said the manager isn’t here he’ll call when he’s back. It’s been 5 days since I was told that… seems like they don’t care they caused me to lose my center cap. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and the fact that they aren’t showing any willingness to help make it right with me.
Update: they did finally make it right but I believe it was after I contacted BBB. Apparently the manager was off. I don’t see that as an excuse though they should have someone there to handle this kind of stuff even if the manager is off.

I hate to do a review so low but the AC being out in the showroom made it unbearable to wait in store. With the Uber option no longer available, I had to find another place to wait. Even more unfair is likely how insufferable the situation is for the enployees. The technicians are making the best of it but this problem needs to be addressed immediately.
