Once again Austin is the man! Picked up a nail in my tire and he took care of me with speed and ease! Michael was one of the tech who helped with my vehicle and upon arriving and bringing my nailed tire in he offered to take the tire for me so I didn’t have to continue to roll it to the front door. So awesome day for Austin and Michael and every other tech who I couldn’t catch the names of!

I waited two hours for an oil change. I was told the oil change was done quickly but my vehicle could not be pulled out of the service bay because a tire delivery truck was blocking the way.
For two hours?!
I said “that’s not my problem.”
The reason this is not a one star is because I was not charged for the oil change.
But thank goodness I didn’t have another appointment to get too.
But that’s two hours of my day that was totally unproductive and boring

Stopped in to have my tire repaired and plugged... apparently it is TD policy to not 'touch' a tire over ten years old..even though it's got decent tread and was repairable...all but told to go kick rocks...
I did. Goodyear got my business!

Wonderful service experience on 7/30/25. I arrived with a flat tire. In about 1 hour, they diagnosed the problem, made the repair, balanced the tire, and had it back on the vehicle. They also checked the other 3 tires to see if the same valve stem leak was present. Would highly recommend this place of business!

The tire discounters on corner of man o war and richmond rd. in lexington ky rocks. Super professional and great customer service. Work was done quick and they were upfront and honest. A special thanx to the manager Christina. She went out of her way to help me and it was definitely my pleasure to have met her and done business with her. From now on they are my go to car service and tire company. I felt blessed when I walk out the door. Thanx to Christina and her whole crew and God bless!
