I’ve been with Transcend for over 10 years now and they are always my credit Union of choice! I’ve financed my car with them and their credit card rates are better than any of my other credit unions! I’m considering doing a balance transfer for all my cards to transcend because the interest rates are so low and the team at the Lexington branch is so easy to work with and Friendly! Look for Nathan at the Lexington brunch! I promise you will not be disappointed!

I just love transcend credit union located in Lexington Kentucky. The staff at transcend is so nice and so wonderful. They assisted me with an issue I caused myself while trying to deal with my account online. After that they then informed me about the benefits of opening an account for a child. So knowledgeable and caring as well as efficient with time. All of which seems rare today when I try to get help at one of the other banks I utilize. People who care really make a difference.

I’ve been with this credit union for five years and now that I’m away at college in Lexington, it’s so nice to have a branch that’s close and feels like home. The employees are amazing and are always willing to help me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

I got my first car loan recently with them. Everyone I talked with were very polite and friendly, and helped walk me through every part of the process, as well as were patient with me and all my questions.

I have been with Transcend for about 15 years now. They are the only bank I like to get loans from. They are very easy to work with and always have great rates. I recently worked with Nathan on a loan, who was super quick with responding and friendly! I would refer them to anyone.

I have been a customer of this Credit Union for 30 years. The customer service is outstanding, when you enter you are always welcomed as warmly as a family member. There is one young man who has always helped me with any issue I may have- Nathan Johnson is patient and kind and always willing to help solve any problem I may have. His customer service is exceptional!
