TruGreen provides local, affordable lawn care in the Lexington area, including aeration, overseeding, fertilization, weed control, and other tailored services. The company also offers tree and shrub care and pest defense. Reviews from customers highlight both positive experiences and significant drawbacks. Many customers report excellent results, stating their lawn has never looked better. They praise specific specialists for being great, professional, and exemplary, with a friendly disposition and great knowledge base. These employees are described as assets who provide thorough explanations and excellent customer service, making customers feel glad they tried the company. However, other reviews report negative experiences. One customer states the service resulted in a yard covered with weeds and grasses of all kinds, feeling no better off than when they started. They cite a lack of appropriate training and an inability to kill certain weeds, despite assurances. While refunds were issued, the outcome was described as a disgrace. Another reviewer notes that sloppy and careless service is unfortunately the usual, contrasting with the exemplary employees. TruGreen encourages the community to place their trust in their tailored lawn plans and expert specialists.
