I have been working with this store a couple years. The customer service has always been top notch. Got in a financial pinch and they worked with me, and I greatly appreciate Mr. St. Clair and staff for all their help and patience. I want to give Stan high marks for his willingness to assist me in our rental. A genuine kind of guy who went the extra mile to help me, as well as taking a person interest in why we needed a car transport trailer. He offered his own cell number as a back up should no one be available to answer the business phone. A big thank you Stan!

We have been experiencing the trip from He**. My husband is driving a 21’ u haul and myself following in my car. Needless to say with 2 flat tires On my car we needed a car hauler. After so many people not wanting to help us ( 15 Tow places refusing to get my car ) we came to this U Haul place on East 2nd and we were BLESSED to encounter Ian who was more than willing to help in every way he could. He offered to make sure we were able to get towed and helped us to figure out the best way to rent a car hauler in the fastest amount of time. U Hauls system has been up and down all day. Thank you so much Ian for your above and beyond duty in helping us in our quest to get back to Georgia. People like Ian truly help keep my faith in humanity and make this world a much better place. Told me to deliver to different location closer to me to makeup for making me wait close to 2 hours and I wouldn't be charged a wrong destination fee. I got screwed uhaul wont get my business again im.buying a trailer.

Dan is the man! I needed a pickup truck on short notice. Dan didn't have one available but he took the time to find one for me at the Ugly Duckling which was a couple miles closer to me. This kind of customer service is truly rare. Thanks Dan.

I absolutely love this U-Haul location. Dan is extremely professional and accommodating. I definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a truck, trailer, or other U-Haul equipment.

Dan and Stan were very helpful in every step of the way. Stan even helped on a Sunday. No problems here with these guys. A very positive experience. Easy to find location for pick up and drop off. Will recommend to everyone I know.

They tried and tried to get us to purchase the insurance which was very annoying seeing as how we only used the truck for an hour.
