If I could leave this location negative stars I absolutely would. I rented a van for 4 hours. Returned in an hour and a half with more fuel than I received it with. Saw a charge the next day for $190. Tried reaching out to no avail. I warned a friend who was renting a U-Haul to take pictures of their fuel gauge as I assumed it was a fuel charge. The same location tried to charge them $70 for fuel after return, but once they were shown proof they refunded the money. Fast forward to today, I am told my charge was due to damages. In my near 2 decades of driving, I have never damaged a vehicle. This location is absolutely doing something shady. Avoid at all costs.

Trina is great. She and the entire crew is great. We (Lexington, KY) had several days of ice, snow, sleet and another round of snow but this crew kept the lot cleared as best they could to make it safe and workable. They would have the trucks running to warm and melt snow/ice. They also did a great job of cleaning the snow/ice from the vehicles to make them safe to operate. Thank you. Steve checking in equipment and took care of me the Customer immediately. She was friendly, professional and efficient in all tasks.

Overcharge and post erroneous charges to you credit card! I got there with the EXACT if not a little bit more gas and they still charged my card $6.60. They also LIED about the time I returned the truck so they can charge an extra day of rental and insurance. BS!!! I have absolute proof they lied and I called customer service at corporate on these con artists. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM !!!! Bunch of unethical employees and manager

Everyone was very polite and professional and utilizing the u haul app, it was very easy. This the location was very understanding. Things with my eyes closing date on my house. Moving and they were able to accommodate people the changes so that I would be able to utilize this the truck. Everything was very great, and I appreciate their help.

BRITTANY and LIZ are excellent employees who made this so easy. Most people who rent things are consumers with minimal background in equipment. So many of these rental places are impatient with the public. Not here. These two explained everything and made it simple. Solid quality employees. Terrific team including the guy who hooked up the trailer.

Waited as the only person in the store for someone to help me but the man spent 20 minutes on his phone talking instead. The vehicle was not full of fuel when I picked it up. I filled the vehicle up before dropping it off and was told it would come off my bill. They in fact did not take it off my bill. Very poor customer service.

Highly advise anyone looking for a truck rental to go ELSEWHERE. I called ad nauseam to reserve a truck and no one answered the phone. Proceeded to drive to the store just to see a sign reading “our computer systems are down… NO CASH”
Waited 15 minutes for a representative to come to the front counter after walking around the back of the store (no one was around )
Long story short not a single kind gesture from Tyavius who processed my order. Dead eyes and even worse of an attitude.

We. Arrived at opening time which wa 7 a.m and nobody was there, when they finally got a key to get in we didn’t get our truck till after 9 a. M. And we was supposed to get a discount but never did and we lost 2 hours that we could of used the truck
