Overall the issue was addressed and the agents are very helpful and professional. But I had an issue trying to reach the office called multiple times could never get a response and also was told three different occasions I would be able to drop my phone off that they would rcleceive the new parts by Fri, then Fri turned into Tuesday, then Tuesday turned Into next Friday and I wasn't notified part's wasn't in yet and couldn't reach the office so I wasted a lot of gas driving an hr away and hr drive back for nothing almost 4-5 times to actually get my phone fixed. So that was very unpleasant for me. But they did fix my phone atleast.

Amazing! My Google Pixel 6 Pro had a cracked screen. I easily set up an appointment online and got a quote. My phone was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Super easy. Super fast. And their price was lower than other quotes I'd received. Highly recommend. Hopefully won't have to return, but I will if I need to.

I was on Google website trying to find out how to get my Google Pixel 7 Pro fixed and I was planning on mailing it in for repairs. While on the site, I discovered that there is a walk-in location close by. I went in, there was a couple of customers in front of me, but the guy greeted me warmly while taking care of the customers in front of me. When it was my turn, he checked and discovered my phone was still under warranty. I was prepared to leave it, but much to my surprise my phone would be ready in a couple of hours. When I returned to retrieve it, the guy helped me to back up my phone and my phone was ready to pickup. That is great same day service.

Easy scheduling of the appointment easy check in and drop off. Quick repair. Actually took less time then I thought it would!! Was told a time of about 12:30 and it was ready not to much time pass that time. I recommend them for your phone repair needs!!

If I could give them more stars. I would. I broke my Galaxy note 20 screen on Wednesday night. I had to work on Thursday so I could not get my phone to them until Thursday at almost 5pm (they close at 7pm). When I arrived the super sweet lady at the desk said they could have it done for me on Friday morning. Normally, that would have been ok...but I was scheduled to have surgery Friday morning. So she checked with the tech guys in the back (Jack and Riley) and they said they would squeeze it in and get it done before closing! Perfect repair and even better customer care!!

Simeon was the only one working the day I went. 4 others ahead of me. He was super calm and professional. Told me to come back in two hours for my phone Google Pixel 6 pro for a screen replacement. Came back and he did the job perfectly. Phone looks brand new. Super Happy with the outcome and how I was treated.

My wife broke her screen on her phone, but we had Verizon’s insurance through Asurion so we were able to file a claim and have it repaired for free! Simeon, the technician at the store was awesome. He was the only one running the store that day yet he was able to help out a whole crowd of customers in a timely and orderly manner. This was a smooth and easy process, and Simeon did a PERFECT job on the screen replacement too. ??

Phone looks brand new. After several weeks still works with no problems. After my phone broke I made a same day appointment to get fixed but upon arrival they did not have the part and had to wait 4 days for part to arrive. 4 days included weekend. I assume it may have been quicker had I not had a 5PM appointment on Friday.

I unfortunately shattered my phone screen but the representative Simeon working today made the process very quick and easy and my phone looks brand new! It was very busy but he did a great job of getting everyone taken care of quickly!

I'm a frequent customer at this business. Yes, I have bad luck with phones.?. They have fixed cracked screens and more serious phone issues for me. I've always received friendly, prompt, and professional service. Most recently my Google 5a died and I brought it in. Because a part needed ordered I was set up with a loaner phone. Now who does that?! Very thankful! Fortunately, the broken phone was still under warranty.?Thank you, Asurion team, for outstanding service!??

Took in my samsung flip phone for a new screen protector. They did a great job. Worked with Samsung, because it was still under warranty, and did a great repair. Pleasant to work with, more than competent, and made the repair in one day. They work on phones, computers, play stations, or most electronics. Highly recommend them.

Seems like they try to upcharge you. I made appointment online and selected my model phone and that it needed new screen and it said my price would be 79. Took it in and they tried to charge me 159. I really hate when companies try to do people like this. Very unethical. Went to another place and it was 80. Was trying to rip me off. You reply to contact you. Why? I told you in store that I booked it for 79 and you didn’t care then. Wasn’t until I put a review online that you care. Try device pit stop. They told me 80 on the phone and that is what they actually charged me in the store. They are very nice also.

This place is ridiculous. Was told this would be a four hour repair on the phone. They have had the phone three days. They won’t answer the phone and it’s an hour after they’ve opened. Corporate chat can’t get any information nor can they get a hold of the store, so can’t get any information on my phone being repaired. I’m not impressed. We bought the insurance and everything. If we knew it was gonna take this long, we would have taken it somewhere else. These people obviously don’t care about the customer. Or whether or not, somebody comes back.

Set appt online due to inability to call from a broken phone. Drove 51 miles and was told I had to contact Assurion to start a claim. I Started the claim online inside the store and Assurion said to call them. Was NEVER offered to use a phone but directed to Verizon across the street instead. Not only did Verizon allow me to use a phone, the salesperson actually fixed the blank screen on mine. Wasted trip and lack of communication between Assurion and the storefront that bears the Assurion name. The employee told me most likely would be the next day for screen replacement even though I had an online appt via their website. A terrible experience, I would not recommend it to anyone.
