All the staff are great. But the policy here is very confusing. I am an employee here and my varicella vaccine is overdue. However, they refused to provide me with new one just because my work is only about research and nothing related with patients. Come on, I am an employee and purchased the insurance. This is really ridiculus!

My prescriptions are cheaper here, they mail them to my home free of charge and they are so helpful when there's an issue with my rx from the Dr's office. Highly recommend

They made a MASSIVE mistake. They mailed another person's prescription to me. The label on the outside had the wrong address (my address) and the label inside around their medicine had the right address. The medicine was overnighted and treats an extremely important condition. It's also about $4500 worth of drugs. Besides being a total HIPAA violation, this is a massive mistake on their part. I have no idea how they put two completely different addresses on two different labels for the same package, but someone should be fired. This was totally careless. I will be calling tomorrow.
