Fragrance employees were overly customer service forward to the point of making me feel uncomfortable. Wasn’t in the fragrance section 10 minutes and had minimum 4 or 5 interactions with the same employee. Stick to Sephora for fragrances. Duly noted!

Went in to get help with finding new foundation as im older and due to illness my skin is in very bad shape I can't unfortunately remember the woman's name but she was in the Estee Lauder area she found products that did wonders for my skin and gave me several tips on makeup application she also did my whole make up I left feeling so good I will be coming back to buy more products and to thank her again

Trying to make a return and hours listings are inconsistent. Made a trip over here, made it at 8 pm, store listings say open till 9 pm. Sign on door says M-F till 9 pm. Happy returns lists 9 pm. Store clerk tried to argue with me and told me I was wrong about the door sig when I called to let them know there were inconsistent store hours listings. No so “happy returns”

Skye and Megan are two women that will go far in life. Skye is very skilled and enthusiastic at finding you the right makeup products that fit you. As a brown gal, it is hard to find shades that compliment my skin tone. She has a lot of energy and will persevere until you are happy walking out the door. She’s great at making recommendations. Megan is seriously the Clinique GURU! I never met someone that knowledgeable about skin care. She really took the time to explain different products that could help my skin look its best. We also had a really good convo about sunscreen ?. I walked out skeptical but the skincare products she recommended have been stellar so far. Thank you girls!

The last 2 times I’ve been in this location I was asked by 5 different employees if they could help me. I felt uncomfortable to say the least. Not a good shopping experience and I will turn back to buying on Amazon for my products!
