The worse branch UKFCU has. The ATM is ALWAYS down & so is the coin counter. I love UKFCU as a whole, but when I have to go to the physical bank, I have to go to a different branch. This one is always an inconvenience.

Do not bank here! They added fees to my child's savings account for "dormancy," taking it down to $30 and refused to reimburse the account. RUN, don't walk, and take your money elsewhere.

They will penalize you for having money. And check in the range of 10,000 or more, expect to have it on hold for 2 weeks with no portion of it being released on you. Thanks for acting like I'm a criminal. Can't wait to move and go back to my normal bank.

Michelle at the Reynolds rod branch is the most Disrespectful, Hateful childish actingCustomers service rep I’ve ever met!2 times in 1 weeks I’ve had to drive across town to Hamburg beach tigers check clearedSo I can operate y business. Michele makes me wait 15-20 min in lobby, I walk tiger office to ask if there is a problem, so michelle’s yells at me and tells me to not stand over her, get out of her office and the window clerk will be with me. Then after another 10 in waitI go back again to ask if there is an issueAnd vice my concerns, michelle proceeded with her Hatefulness telling me to leave the bank. I then had to once again drive to Hamburg branch to get check cleared.I had just deposited a check for the same company 3 days prior and had more than enough money to cover that check.Business account owner for over 6 YearsI have had continued endless problems with UKFCU & Micelle! Countless mistakes on deposits receipts, they made a $6850 mistake on my account at the windowI went inside to discuss and got screamed at by one of the window workers because I was questioning their business damaging mistake!The lady that did the miscount still works at the bank, unbelievable!!!Then when I try to despite cash, they literally call e and ask me why I’m depositing cashThey hide out of eye site while counting your cash. I can not say enough bad about UKFUThe Meijer way branch especially.Careless rude workers, hateful to customersMiscounts with cash, holding checksHidden Fees.Michele needs to be fired immediatelyShe is awful beyond words. Absolutely the most disrespectful childish acting little girl I’ve ever encountered and does not need to be working in a bank setting or anything to do with customer service!!!!AS A BUSINESS OWNER I HIGHLY RECOMMEND “NOT” ! USING THIS TERRIBLE BANK IF YOU WANT YOIR BUSINESS TO RUN SMOOTHLY AND BE TREATED WITH RESPECTTHISIS NOT THE BANK TO TRUST ORDEPOSIT YOUR MONEY IN.Absolutely worst banking experiences I’ve had in 50 years on this earth!!

Very rude customer service. If someone is trying to pay you 5700 dollars in one visit, be nicer to them. I am glad I am done with this bank, and I will never use them again.

There is nothing 'special' about this bank. You are not treated any better here than you would be at your average corner bank. My wife left work early and came into this location to raise the withdrawal limit to make an important medical payment. She waited close to TWO HOURS for service. Lo and behold, she didn't have enough time to make the payment before the facility closed at 5pm. A few weeks ago, I needed a new debit card and waited in the waiting area for about 45 minutes. When there literally are dozens of banks to choose from within Lexington, this is unacceptable piss poor cutomer service. We will be switching banks. UKFCU, you guys really suck.

I don’t think I have ever gone through this locations drive thru and met a nice person. Always make me feel like such an inconvenience. It’s a longer drive, but I’m better off going to the location in Hamburg. At least I know they are nicer there.

I was disappointed with this location. We sat there waiting for someone to come to the monitor, and someone else after us was waited on before we were. I pressed the button several times and finally sent an empty container. Someone finally came and said we had to go to a different branch for notary. Very poor service.

I want to love this bank, as I like credit unions, but there billing system for HELOCS and mortgages is from the 1980s. Seriously antiquated. It isn't itemized, so you don't know why they are charging you whatever they are charging you, and the bills look so unprofessional. I've also had mistakes made when using the tellers inside. Just can't recommend.

Molly was awesome. I needed to open an account 15 min before closing time. She was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. I appreciate their great customer service. I made a great choice choosing this bank and make it my primary banking source.
