I WILL NOT BE TALKED TO LIKE TRASH BY THE MANAGEMENT AGAIN!! I called because I purchased a vape from them yesterday that is malfunctioning and asked if I could get my money back she said without a receipt no. I told her that they didnt give me a receipt and I said it would be nice if receipts were an automatic for vape purchases because apparently you have to ask for a receipt for any of your purchases and that's not the way a business should be ran. She turns around and starts calling me condescending which is the first red flag of any professionalism you don't call somebody who is a paying customer condescending or out of their name at all!!! EITHER BE PROFESSIONAL OR GO HOME IS MY VIEW POINT!! I have been a regular here for over a month and this is why I do not deal with the manager because she is a hateful and unprofessional individual!!!

Had a request for multiple cartons of a not very popular brand of cigarettes. Although there were only a few individual packs at the store, the owner went out of his way to check his sources and find 4 cartons for me. Took my number and called when he had them. He went way above and beyond for a new customer. I was more than grateful for the extra effort and will now shop their exclusively!!
