I was in then out of the ups store, Jack helped me, I don't understand the return on my phone , I handed him my phone, he got my label and was such a nice young man. Thank you Jack at the Chevy Chase ups store.

Service has really turned around here. I had a couple pretty bad experiences a few months ago.
But I must say, that doesn’t matter anymore because everyone in the store today was in such a good mood, and helpful!
Arianna helped me, and needless to say, absolutely killed it. What a rockstar you have there. I was so worried about shipping 7 things but she made it effortless. So thank you very much Arianna, and the rest of the team at the UPS Store.

I had the best experience at this UPS Store thanks to Adrianna! I came in with three separate returns, including one big box with several items that ended up needing to be processed individually (I think around 12 in total). Adriana was so patient, kind, and efficient the entire time. She even walked me through how to use the Amazon app for the returns and made what could have been a stressful process so easy. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thank you, Adriana, for going above and beyond!
