So very helpful and knowledgeable as far as finding and printing correct lables for a return table. This is refreshing really. Went 3 places to ship 6 boxes to ups return. She was on the ball and nice. She knew exactly what to do.

Rude . I’ve been there twice in the past year . This employee will not help and prefers to let you do everything . I had a fed ex envelope. I thought I could just mail it regularly. He states “ don’t you know this fed ex envelope needs to go to fedex location .. Then he directs me to a location where fedex does not exists Poor customer service . No smile . I can’t go there anymore , just to disappointed

I needed to color print and laminate a gift for my friend! I had gotten sick earlier in the day so I wasn’t able to make it to the store until 45 minutes til closing. The staff was very helpful and didn’t complain about me coming in so late. There was trouble with their computer but they worked diligently to get it up and running. The results were great! Such vibrant color and sturdy lamination. So happy with my experience at this site! Made my stressful day a lot better :)

Amazing staff! Friendly and efficient. Locally owned as well. Such a friendly place I drive past 2 other locations to ship here. Also the latest open store in the state in Kentucky. You can get overnight packages out and on the truck up until about 830ish pm. Highly recommended

I returned a large package of clothes to TEMU through this UPS location. TEMU denied some of my return because several items where not in the package and I am %100 certain the items were packaged before leaving this location! I am sooo angry right now!!

Had a small issue getting a downlowded attachment from an email printed...but SHERYA @ store #2940 in Lexington,KY really tried her hardest to get my print out to perfection and was not completely satisfied I really appreciated the time she took and her honesty and pride she exuded during my visit. What the world needs now is more people like SHERYA who are genuine, honest and kind! She deserves a gold star, a promotion and s raise! If I were her boss, I'd make her employee of the month!!...thanks again, Chris S.
