I’ve shipped one package here, a return for Amazon. Came at 7:15 ish pm so that there wouldn’t be a line and there wasn’t. I gave it to them just fine and went home where I realized I had forgotten to put the item back in its outer box. Got back to the ups store at 7:45 and they told me they didn’t know where the box went out of the like 30 they had in the back. Either super lazy or the person working was fried

Never had issues prior, but this last package got totally FUBR. Not a good experience at all. They are also giving me the run around on a refund. The usual experience of the store says to call the 800 number and then the customer service says I have to call the store., blah blah blah B.S. I have asked for a supervisor and now have been on hold for over 35 minutes. I am working on another project and waiting to see just how long I will be on hold. It is the old hold out game. If they let you sit on hold long enough you will give up and hang up. Sorry UPS, I am in one of those moods today! You will pick up the phone and handle your business.

Brought in a return of two boxes under the same QR code like I’ve done dozens of times. I was told they can’t print more than one label and that it needs to be packaged into one box not two separately. I was told I can purchase a box for like $15. Absolutely outrageous. The order was shipped to me in two separate boxes, so it isn’t my problem to find one box big enough to send it back. I’ve shipped many packages this way from UPS stores and never had an issue. The employee said “I usually tell people to pay attention and read the directions, that’s the best that I can do.” She was incredibly rude and should really reconsider working with the public. I read the directions beforehand, it DOES NOT state separate boxes, it says “the UPS store will pack, label, and ship your return for free.” She didn’t even bother reading the directions, and she thinks I’m going to buy a box to ship returns?? Here’s the best part, went to a UPS store down the road, they magically took my boxes, scanned the code, and off I went. Amazing how that happens. I’ll frequent other UPS stores in the future who accommodate customers and who don’t talk to people like they are dumb. Clearly I know how to read and follow directions, this location and employee should take some notes from other stores in town.

Lily is a horrible employee. I am disabled and was holding on to the counter for balance and felt like I was going to fall in the floor. So when she said I couldn’t have a refund for the prepaid mailbox, I told her that was unacceptable. She was very nasty and could care less. Don’t spend your money here. They don’t have kindness for anyone, disabled people, puppies or kittens.

First of all, they charged for a label print out when they never have before. And, the red haired girl singing incessantly is ridiculous. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I should have no not to go to this location. Just had yet Another bad experience. They refused to return my amazon package but the nicholasville road store did it immediately.

I rented a box at the Richmond Rd store Lex Ky for many years. A package was delivered there for me. I ask for the package many times and was told, there's no package for you. I checked with sender and was told package was sent on time and was given the tracking number. I returned to the store with tracking number, then they confrmed, they did receive the package, but they could not find it. I spoke with owner about paying me for lost package. He could not produce package and refused to pay the $250.00 for my loss. Very dishonest and unethical. I'm no longer a customer there.

Very helpful. With a line of 10 people the young lady still took her time and didn’t rush any customer to produce the needed information. Even when some people are technologically challenged.

Service here is extremely lacking with no real sense of how to or how not to run a business.I had box service here for a number of years. Things were okay due to limited to no human intervention needed. However, it seems as though their accounting was handled so poorly that they were not billing their customers.Keep in mind, they had my physical address, phone number, email address that they could have contacted me at any time and the box number with the ability to put a note in the box at any time.When THEY realized they had customers THEY said had not been billed or notified, they told me my box was 17 months past due and approached it like it was my fault as their records even showed them, they had never billed, notified or even asked me for it, when I had been in numerous times to pick up packages that they had emailed me and told me that I had. Not to mention the many times, on average 2-3 times per week, I had come in to pick up mail over this period of 17 months and that's right no note in the box. If I had someone that hadn't paid for service for 17 months, I would have discontinued their service for non-payment and the fact they didn't do that, proves that their accounting was so poor that they didn't even know. In disgust, I paid the $340.00 - 17 months @ $20 that they said had gone unpaid, only to find credit card proof later, that we had in fact paid for the previous year of service. So, if you have box service here and are told payment hasn't been made, DO NOT DO AS WE DID and take them on their word, check your own records closely because that may not have been the case as it wasn't in ours.I know that the United States Postal Service isn't always perfect, but at half the cost for what we were getting from this Richmond Rd. location and only a slight inconvenience in comparison it is definitely worth the tradeoff.Note: Price was not the original concern or problem as we left the UPS store with a hefty overpayment of almost a year of service, it was how we were told incorrectly we owed when we didn't and then made to feel like we were trying to steal service from them. By the way, we paid in full what they said we owed, exactly one day after they said we owed them and would have paid the same day if my wallet had been on me at the time.I would have left 0 stars, but you can't push post without leaving at least one. Lol....SMH!!!

I love this store....just moved over here a few months ago. The staff is polite and respectful. I've been reading the reviews and I'm amazed at how little patience and forgiveness people have nowadays. They are human, mistakes happen or car troubles happen. Several complaints about not getting something for free....(wow.....really?) If you are unhappy about opening late or charging for tape, make it 4 stars. I've seen some 1 star places....ever been cursed out and chased down to fight by the employee for just wanting to leave?
