I feel UPS is superior to all other shipping carriers. I've never had any issues with shipping or receiving my packages compared to FedEx. FedEx is absolutely horrible and will not even bring my packages to my door. They always leave packages at mailboxes. But with UPS I've never had any issues. 100% the best carrier in my Opinion

Awful! The guy was very pleasant and told me how to email something to the store. He walked away and the assistant manager stood at the register in front of me doing something. I said Oh you're not him, and began to wait for someone to help me because I had additional questions. The assistant manager never once offered to help or ask what I needed, and 2 other employees just looked at me and ignored me. Service sucks!! The assistant manager should be demoted.

They're usually nice and I get most of my printing and amazon returns done here. Only problem I have is the bigger white lady there insisting she would send me an email about details on poster printing. It's been almost two weeks and no email or information. I don't think I'll bother asking about printing if I see her in store but everyone else is nice and friendly.
