I've used UPS almost exclusively for 10+ years. Lived on other side of town so had not used this location until a couple years ago so now of course I come here every time. I have to say the people that work here are a step above the locations I'd used prior (and those locations were great also). Incredibly friendly, always happy to answer questions, and I will say when I've come during Christmas or something when there's a line nearly out they door they get you in and out FAST !

I went in got an estimate of 50$-60$ for my package but as soon as I mentioned the online estimate he(Tanner) doubled the price saying that the handling costs 67$ (which was more than the package itself he picked up the price only after I mentioned that the online estimate was 133$. Don’t use this location they will overcharge you as much as they can, if I could give them zero stars I would.

I go to the Tates Creek UPS store often and every time I have been there, Tracy is friendly, efficient, and always helpful. She assists the customer, always with a servant’s heart. Tracy is an outstanding employee and deserves 5 stars.

I’ve returned Amazon packages here before without any issues — I would just drop off the item, and that was it. But today, the employee rudely demanded $3.28 for printing the return label, even though they never asked for that before. They said it’s a $2.99 service fee plus $0.29 for a single sheet of paper. This feels like a forced charge for something that used to be free. Very unpleasant experience.

I had an Amazon return, and it went as smooth as possible. Walked in, gave them the return. They gave me a receipt walked out. Took approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
