We called today, spoke to a man who answered the phone about opening a business account for medical practice. I was put hold, then another man answered and said he's never heard of the type of lock box (not the ones you lock items in) but the ones you receive mail in from insurances (central bank has this), the payments are mailed to the bank and from there put into business account. He said he's never heard of such a thing, sent me somewhere else that put me through the automated questions again. Useless. You lost a multi million dollar a year account. ?FYI, Google search "bank lockbox". The definition will educate your staff.

Not very friendly at all. USB doesn't care about their customers. Wouldn't recommend this bank.

They have by far the biggest racist women working at this bank!! So unprofessional, please have someone who can actually see past color work there!! It's my money and I couldn't withdraw it!!

Travis the manager is extremely rude. He was unwilling to listen to me, cut me off when speaking and hung up on me. I will be closing my account with us bank immediately.
