Government at its finest. You have a 24 hour self service in the lobby, but guess what? It’s only accessible when the lobby is open. They lock it the other hours. What?!?!?
I have lived in many cities and utilized this service just about everywhere. First time I have encountered a locked post office lobby WITH POST OFFICE BOXES when the retail isn’t open. What a joke.

You would think if you had a P.O. Box at a post office you would receive your mail? Wrong! I have to go ask for my mail & missing packages! I have had this box for serval years but a change in employees in the last few months has been awful! I have been yelled at for asking for my mail. I literally hate going to this location.

Best in the biz! I don't know what it is about Lexington post offices but they have the literal nicest people working there. This one has several! I have always had a good experience. On busy days I just turn around and leave and don't bother trying to mail things ?

Do not rent PO Box here the only United States, postal service location I’ve come across in my 30 years of being alive that locks, their doors restricting access to your mail during off hours contacting them via phone is a nightmare and the woman at the counter basically told me to get over it. The hours are with the hours are she said I can clearly see why they have so many issues if this is how business is done

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a post office but the staff here are so friendly and helpful! I have come here with complaints about my mail delivery and they were very professional and kind, addressing the problems sincerely and telling me how to take the next steps. I always come here to mail my international letters and packages. The line moves quickly and they are open later than some of the surrounding offices. Sign on the window states the lobby is open until 6pm, but the staffed help desk closes at 5pm.
