Horrible experience. Currently trying to get a human on the phone. My package sitting at the 1088 Nandino Blvd branch in Lexington KY. Package was mailed wed night 9/3 and it is now 9/6 and was never delivered to the recipient and now having issues having actual post office to pick up so that I can have package delivered. Unacceptable.

Hope to God your package never has to go through this facility because it will set there for weeks before it ever gets to you. Idk what they are doing but something has to change. I run a time sensitive business and I cannot afford to have delays like this. This has reached a critical level to where I have to find ways to divert packages away from this location on purpose because of the insane delays.

My packages go thru every other distribution center within a few hours. When they show up at Lexington it will sit for days. Parts for my truck that where suppose to be here Saturday has seized to move for a day and half. Then they send me a message flood waters in TX is delaying my package. I'm in KY 🫤

Easy Post Office to get into. Usually not busy. Self service package scanner, buy stamps, etc. Has PO boxes. For purchase and free shipping supplies. Friendly counter staff

Absolute worse place to get a passport, I’ve been here three times to get passports for all of my family. And I always get treated very unprofessional by a very overweight woman who chooses to speak to customers as if they aren’t humans only because she knows she holds the power of denying a passport to people. And it’s not just my wife and I that she has disrespected I’ve witnessed people in there also. Recommend to go to another office if possible!

I spend 10000's of dollars per month here and the customer service is trash. Employees are rude and unhelpful. Business owners avoid at all costs.

This distribution center made more mistakes than I thought humanly possible on every package that goes thru there ......incompetent I've even stopped buying stuff that goes through USPS just because of that Distribution Center always messing up always always always always like every single time

I have never never had a bad experience at this post office. The staff has always been very friendly and very helpful. They have told me ways I can save money on my packages. I never mind having to go there because I know I will be very pleased with the service.

I went with my family today to apply for a passport. As soon as we pulled up, we saw the line winding out of the door of the passport office, and we expected the worst.
We walked in, and although the office had just opened, it was so packed inside that there wasn't anywhere to sit, and nearly nowhere to stand.
There was only one person working, a woman, who was helping everyone. She greeted everyone who walked in very kindly and helped them even though she was juggling other people at her desk. She received packages that came in. She spoke Spanish to people that didn't understand English and needed help understanding.
We weren't sure what the process was going to be or how long it was going to take because there wasn't any information anywhere telling us that in the office so we just waited. Thankfully, we had a scheduled appointment and we were called after standing and waiting for around 20 minutes. We brought everything with us prepared beforehand, copies, pictures, filled out paperwork, so it took maybe 10 minutes from start to finish to do everything we needed and be done.
The woman who was solo juggling everything was the one who helped us complete our application. She was very kind and personable to us even though there was a lot going on around us and that she was handling.
I'm leaving this review for the sole purpose of saying she is absolutely incredible and I pray more and better help is given to her. One person should not be running that entire office alone. It was chaotic, but she met it all with grace, kindness, and professionalism. America only runs because of incredible people like her, thank you for all you do and thank you for your help today.

Seems USPS is protesting the Election/Inauguration of new President Trump? 🤔 I'm no longer doing business with companies who ship via USPS. Smh

Have had a package sitting there for 9 days. It just needs to be forwarded to my local post office. Now says may be delayed due to weather. The weather has been perfect here for the last week. Leadership here must be terrible. I will never have anything shipped via usps again.
