They’re always putting my neighbors mail in my mailbox and also not picking up the mail that I’m asking to be returned due to the previous tenant no longer living here. I wish this would be addressed but calling isn’t an option and going there I doubt will change the fact this mail deliverer will stop putting others mail in my box or my mail in theirs.

My experience at this Post Office today was honestly a bit ridiculous. I had to return some items using a QR code provided by the vendor, but unlike previous returns through UPS (which are smooth and hassle-free), this process was a mess. I had to buy tape for $4.23 and tape the box myself—despite having everything else ready to go.
At UPS, I usually just show the QR code and they handle the rest. This location seems hit or miss, and unfortunately, today was definitely a miss. Hopefully they improve their services, especially when it comes to handling returns.

I have been to the Alexander store Lexington KY and I still can't get my mail ( almost three months) keys never work and they kno absolutely nothing including the manager and I still don't know how I'm going to get my mail, Unbelievable

I have had to hold mail services put on my address each time I still got mail to the house today January 22nd in the freezing cold I drove to go get mail that this post office took pictures of and uploaded it on the informed mail tool informed mail delivery tool then I drive in the freezing cold to the post office and my mail is on the truck about to be delivered later on the confusion whoever runs that place that place needs to be shut down and reopened by other people I'm tired of y'all I'm sick of it people doing what they want in this world is getting on my nerves can't get mail delivered and I can't go pick up my mail what am I supposed to do

Unlike most of the other reviews, I had a positive experience. I was the only one in line. They were quick and polite and I was able to get my two packages mailed off quickly and easily.

First off, recently moved and put in a forward to new address request. Something was to be delivered to my new address. It was sent back to sender because the house was “vacant”. Even though I have received many Amazon packages to that location. Even though there’s a welcome mat, wreath, and cars on the driveway. I call. They say it’s my fault for not putting my name in my mail box? What? Okay maybe I didn’t give the address forwarding enough time, okay fair. I get the official change of address in the mail to my new address, I get the confirmation in email. I get the time sensitive wedding gift that’s far too late now resent to my new address. There is a note left in my mailbox saying “this address is vacant”. ANNNNND send back to seller. At this point they are causing everyone more money and wasting so much time. Can’t wait to call tomorrow and deal with more rude people on their phone. Terrible. If I would have known I couldn’t receive my own mail here, i wouldn’t have moved here.

These people are so rude. They kept on rushing my son to pay for his package. I came in to help and both employees kept on telling us. It’s time for us to go home. Who’s gonna pay for this payment? We’re closed. Seriously if you don’t like your job, get another one. Definitely going to complain about this. And tried to say that we were there at 5:01 when I know I dropped him off at the door 10 minutes before five. They were very unhelpful. Then when I asked for a number to call their supervisor did not get one.

This is the 3rd time I received an email saying my package has been delivered and it wasn’t in my mailbox and had to knock on my neighbors doors and it was in their mailbox. It’s ridiculous when my address is clear as day. This shouldn’t be a reoccurring problem. I am getting sick and tired of having to track down my packages and check every other week.
