0 customer service literally just awful, very lazy drivers. refused to get out of the van and put my package on my step or go around my car that has street parking to drop it off. even though you can clearly see the door.

Live in a shared apartment complex. I am continuously receiving mail that does not belong to me, and my mail is missing. Missed important files being delivered to me and recently they have marked a package as delivered “in or at the mailbox,” and it most certainly was NOT. The carrier continues to deliver mail incorrectly and no one is helping me. My best guess is they’ve yet again placed it in the wrong mailbox, and the thief refuses to return my mail. Which is insane because it’s a federal offense. Whoever the carrier is, needs to pay more attention. Someone’s mail is not something to be lazy about….our apartment numbers are clearly labeled on the boxes…..

Constantly losing mail, I have 10+ customers every year that have to cancel their checks payments due to being lost in mail. So far this season we are at #4 customer who’s check has had to be cancelled

Awful experience! Im a small poshmark seller, I went to ship my items and they don't take QR codes which is how you get the shipping label so, I now have to drive across town to a different location which is insane.

I recently relocated to Lexington from Somerset a few months ago. During my time in Somerset, I never experienced any issues with the post office. However, since moving, I’ve encountered ongoing problems with the local postal service. Specifically, my packages are frequently not placed in the parcel box in front of my apartment as expected.
When I’ve visited the post office to address the issue, the staff member at the front desk has treated me in a dismissive and condescending manner, which has made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. I am more than willing to cooperate and take any necessary steps to resolve the matter, but I feel that my concerns are not being taken seriously.

Whoever the mail carrier is, keeps marking packages delivered and they are not.. after I call and file a claim the package appears.. now I am having the same issues again.. hoping they drop my packages off they marked delivered but are missing.

Will randomly send important mail back to sender, even when the address is correct. They'll then act like they don't know why that happened and try to pin it as your fault even if you verify with the sender that the address was correct.

I don’t understand why nobody answers the phone ? Do you all not hear it ringing ? This is frustrating and it’s ALWAYS been this way. If I could give a 0 star rating I would! Awful workers not doing their job! Also mailman has broken my mailbox multiple times with no answer on when it will be fixed .

The USPS has to be the worst run organization in the USA. What a bunch of fools. Always late. Office staff always rude. We need to privatize the mail and fire all USPS office staff and leaders.

Terrible service. I am a small business owner in Lexington, KY, and I depend on our local post offices to do their thing. This specific location has been sitting on packages that were scanned and delivered the first part of January. Today is January 22nd, 2025, and said packages are still at this facility with no tracking movement. My daily hours are spent offering USPS customer care to my customers. On top of it all, for the customers who have reached out to the postal service for explanation, they were given inaccurate information stating we did not turn over the packages. We have valid proof from the daily shipping manifest being scanned by the postal clerk at this location.

Just moved to Lexington, and this is the worst postal service on the planet. The people who work at the office are super nice, but the route carriers are just plain stupid. I've been waiting on a package for 5 days, and they keep saying they can't deliver due to weather, but other carriers from the same location are delivering other packages just fine. I have 3 packages coming, and I get updates at different times telling me they can't deliver. Do they have 3 different carriers delivering to the sme address on the same day at different times? Complete bunch of morons.

There’s no wonder ups and fedex are far superior.
Good luck getting anyone to answer,better off getting the pony express to deliver your packages.
