This was the worst customer service I have encountered in years. There was no greeting—no “Hello,” “Welcome to Verizon,” “Hi, how can I help you today?” or even “What brings you in today?” When I entered, I wasn’t sure if I needed to check in at a kiosk or if a representative was supposed to assist me. At the very least, someone could have acknowledged my presence and let me know that someone would be with me shortly.
Instead, I waited while the representatives pretended to be busy, seemingly doing everything possible to avoid acknowledging a waiting customer. It felt as if they were hoping I would just walk back out the door. The amount of time I wasted was unnecessary—I only needed about a minute of assistance. But instead, my time, as well as Verizon’s, was completely wasted.

The absolute WORST store. Be aware - sales reps here are paid on adding lines and will do so without disclosing! When trying to resolve, their manager and sales reps will reverse blame. This store took in our phones, didn’t give credit, and continued to charge us for lines we didn’t authorize. When asking for help and resolve for months on end, the manager was supposed to check on the return of my phones, but instead after thirty minutes of waiting, only could blame the phone rep and me for the mistake and not offer any sort of solution. This has been going on for months, and each person who has investigated this has told us themselves this store ripped us off. Spare yourself - never go here! I’ve been a customer for nine years, but this store specifically has caused me to leave and feel absolutely astounded by their lack of humanity, ethical and morale complex, and general treatment. I was met right off the gates by a man named Brett with a confrontational attitude, then attempted to be intimidated by him and his manager. We’ve been trying to resolve this for so long, the employee knew my husband by name. I will never view Verizon the same based on the treatment by Brett, his manager, and this entire group at this store. Find another provider, this store is nothing but a dishonest scam.

I don't write reviews often, but today is an exception. Tracy (I apologize if I misspelled your name) went above and beyond to assist in my transfer services. From going to different stores, online forums, chats, hours of being on hold, she was the only one who knew exactly how to fix the error. Her calm demeanor, friendliness, and ability to fix my issue FAST is worth raving about.

Had trouble with aware from an scan application the Verizon sale rep. Was able to remove the aware that was taken over my great customer service, at the Verizon on Nicholasville rd by trader Joe's

My friend had technical issue with her phone and Andrew helped her immediately. He did the job well and very fast with an amazing attitude. He was very personable. We had a great overall experience.

Terrible customer service! Will never go back to Verizon because of the staff that work there! Just absolutely terrible!!!! Told me they don't care and were extremely rude with me! If your with Verizon find a way to leave!! Just horrible customer service!

This company isn’t a company. They’re con artists. You’ll be lucky to receive any product from a place like this. Don’t trust their deals they’ll charge you for them and you’ll never see the product. If you’re trapped in their contract then find a way out.

Waited in the store for over an hour and the staff stayed with the same 4 customers for the entire time. I told them when I checked in that all I had was a question about their current promotion. They told me I would still have to wait in line just to ask a question. I'll be switching over both my personal and companies plans to a competitor. The service here is just beyond poor. Utterly disappointed.

Had issues with voice mail not updated the Verizon wireless sales representative was able to update my voicemail now I'm able to receive all my voicemail that wasn't coming in.

Had a great experience with an employee named Jesse. Super helpful guy. We went in for the free upgrade to the 16 and ended up making several adjustments. He took the time to really review my family plan and see places where we could save some money.

Ok so my family and I walk in the store no greeting at all, was in there for about several mins still no greeting or nothing so I proceed to look at phones all of a sudden a phone I was picking up an alarm goes off on the phone still not 1 employee said anything but a customer said something to me in a joking manner about the situation and my wife and I was looking to becoming a new customer not anymore we're good. HORRIBLE!!!!!
