Dr. Sheets recently performed dental surgery on my girl and they kept me very informed, walked me through the whole process before and after, and I trust them entirely.My dog is my service dog, so her health and wellness also directly impact my own. “I have gone to SVH since 1984 and over the years I have taken 3 of my furry companions to SVH, a golden retriever and 2 cats for care.I cannot tell you how compassionate they were as they did everything they could possibly do to care for my companions. My latest companion (cat) had been with me for over 15 years. Throughout the years he developed several medical issues including diabetes. His last illness was just too much for him and they were so compassionate with him and me as the helped him cross the rainbow bridge. “Update 2024: I have since made RRVC my vet for my dog and he’s been seeing them for a year. He was diagnosed with a rare cancer recently and all of the vets, techs, and front desk staff have been nothing but amazing through the hardest 4 months of my life of me constantly calling, bringing him in, crying, asking questions since I knew nothing about rare dog lymphoma. They have all been so helpful, kind, patient. They talk to you about charges and your comfort with prices beforehand on services and make the most economical choices that fit you. My dog has seen Dr. Wynn, Dr. Finch and Dr. Back but any vet you get is great. Dr. Back has been his cancer journey vet and she still checks up on him even though I opted for palliative care and not chemo. This clinic is like a soft cloud to land on and I’m so thankful I found it. You are all so appreciated!2022: This place saved my life! My dog had an infection emergency and wasn’t a patient normally, and they still got him an appointment same day. My current vet and others couldn’t see him before the holidays but they were able to. The front desk and the vet techs were so nice. We got Dr. Wynn and she was amazing too and so nice and cordial- I got a good vibe right away. Usually my dog is very nervous and nippy at vets and he did a lot better than normal with their staff! I will most definitely be back again and I love how they got someone in so fast that wasn’t a current patient and it shows how much they truly do care about the animals! “I love Dr.Gravatte but had some issues with staff not adding either spare needles, spare fluid lines, with the subcutaneous fluids I had to use to treat my cat in kidney failure. Another vet I used to get the fluids( I lived closer) from retired.This was my 3rd cat that I have had to administer subcutaneous fluids for over 2 years each and I’d always gotten the fluid bag, 10 needles, ( I don’t reuse them as) and the line from previous vet office.”
