Don’t recommend. No matter what time of day I go it’s always a extremely long line and they never have the prescriptions ready.

Took my son here for his COVID-19 vaccination. The man who gave it to him was the most incredibly kind, patient person. Highly recommend.

When you have a picture you want to print, the workers at Walgreens pretend they have no idea how the computer and the others machines work. they even pretend to be busy when you call them for assistance. The guys at the pharmacy are very helpful unlike those at the groceries. My advice is that you go elsewhere if you have any important stuff to do!

I love this location. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. I typically go late night but have not had any problems any time of day I've went. It's clean, well stocked and well managed.

When did Walgreens start requiring that everyone in the store have ID in order to sell tobacco products. I was told that I couldn't purchase a pack of cigarettes because my 34 year old fiance, who was not purchasing anything, did not have an ID with her. I just woomnder why a corporation that had no problem filling high quantity, extremely addictive opioid medication for over a decade without concern is all of a sudden concerned about weather or not they can sell a product to someone of legal age because they might possibly have someone with them that's under age. What if it was my 15 year old daughter who doesn't have an ID yet. Where does the ridiculousness end?

SLOW! On multiple occasions I have stopped to pick up simple(no compounding required) prescriptions for my kid or wife , usually 2-3 hours after prescription has been electronically submitted, only to be told that they were "still working on it." In addition to the pharmacy having no sense of urgency, there is always a line at the front of the store where a 5 minute + wait seems to be the norm.

Walgreens you know how you are NOT helping people? I just visited your location on HARRODSBURG Rd in Lexington, KY. I am being treated for a UTI and was picking my medicine up in the drive through window. I asked the pharmacy person if you all happens to carry diet Cranberry juice as my doctor had recommended I get some. He replied that yes, you carry it. I asked if it would be possible to buy two gallons of it and have it handed through the drive through window. I am diabetic and do not have a mask, and therefore uncomfortable entering the store physically. He refused and said it was a non-essential item. I repeated that I have a severe UTI currently and my doctor urged me to buy this, and begged him. There was even a sign posted in the window that said grocery items could be picked up in the drive through if needed. He still refused and shrugged his shoulders and said it just wasn’t essential so he couldn’t help me. No one else was in line and it would have taken less than a minute to assist me. This is NOT going above and beyond for your customers. I told him I just couldn’t come in without a mask, being a vulnerable category, and he shrugged and just stared at me. He didn’t even offer to help. I am so disappointed. After this pandemic is over, be ASSURED not one dollar of mine will ever be spent at your institution again. You do not care about customers and clearly do not want to go out of the norm even if it means truly helping someone. What a horrible business practice during this time. You’ve lost this loyal customer.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Lexington, they couldn't find my insurance policy, couldn't use my discount cards, waited 2 hours for 2 prescriptions, rude staff, this place is awful. Only came here because it's Thanksgiving. Never coming back

Today I waited over an hour for a script just to be told my insurance doesn’t cover it and to get the over the counter. Then had to wait in line again for a script that I confirmed was supposed to be one qty and was filled at another. Unfortunately, this was the only location the had my sons medication. Never again.

I waited for 30 minutes behind a lady while she had her meds filled. This is the worst pharmacy in town. No customer service rude employees. Take your business elsewhere.
