At least acknowledge the person sitting at drivethru window or standing in line. If you’re busy all you need to do is say “someone will be with you in just a minute.”. It is so rude to keep walking past your customer and never acknowledge their presence.

The pharmacy tech was super nice and and thorough in helping me get my account updated. She also verified that a medicine I needed very quickly was in stock. She also noted that that the pharmacist would give Georgetown Kroger a call and have my prescription transferred over. It’s the little things that count. Many thanks!

Switch to a different pharmacy! We tried to call for 2 hours and they refused to answer. The pharmacist from the local Kroger tried to call twice and fax once and they refused to answer. Very unprofessional and understaffed!
