I would give it zero stars but don't think it would allow me. Sat on hold for an hour. Go somewhere else save you energy all they'll do is drive up your blood pressure!

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. The most INCOMPETENT staff in Lexington. Constantly understaffed, rude, unprofessional, unwilling to apologize for mistakes made. I get calls to come pick up meds and meds aren’t ready or haven’t been verified by insurance. Such a mess! Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

We’ve been here for a few years and are officially done. The people have just gotten rude and when you talk to management they just don’t care. I spoke to someone at front and she acknowledge they have issues and just said corporate wouldn’t help with staffing so not much she could do. We all deal with understaffing but being rude to customers and constantly can’t find prescriptions which we later find out they had already… it’s happened atleast 5 times in 6 weeks. We are moving on and so should you!

Consistently understaffed, always long waits for both prescriptions and vaccinations. However, the staff is consistently pleasant and helpful, they're just terrifically overworked.

Terrible wait time at Pharmacy. Inside store, drive thru and on phone. It is getting worse. I know that anytime I have to call or pick up a prescription it will be 30 minutes.

Copy of my daily prayer: Dear Lord, please help Walgreens to pay to have more employees for the pharmacy. Grant Walgreens the power to have a notification system that reflects reality in the store. And finally lord please help me to learn how to wait for approx 10-15 to refill the prescription EACH time I arrive as NOTIFIED without losing my own mind. Amen

Switching from Rite aid, this now walgreen's pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. Never have my prescription and the wait time through drive through is absurd. Definitely switching pharmacies

Just called to find out the status of a prescription for my son and Megan 100% laid blame on the doctor that called in the scrip instead of being honest with us and telling us they can’t make a compound cream. After telling Megan this she hung up on us instead of understanding that her neglect, incompetence, or dishonesty kept a child from getting the prescription he needed.

I went to get my Covid shot here and the customer service was fast. I also bought some snacks because they allow you to walk around for 15 minutes to note any immediate reactions. The only complaint I have is the lax regulation. The gal injected me and then she never followed through on my 15 minutes. There was another gal who basically saw me sitting near the main indoor pick up order window and told me that I was free to go, if I was not waiting for the vaccine. They also hand out vaccine cards before giving the shot. They should be giving this AFTER you have received a dose. People could take the card and run, especially in KY.

prices are too high. tried to buy can of Lysol due to Corona virus, but it was $9.50 - I've never seen lysol for almost $10 bucks in my life!!
