Issues with every order. Photo books with pages coming out and covers misaligned. Orders for pictures with email confirmations sent and no pictures available in store. Avoid this location for your photo orders.

Had a Covid Test Saturday 7/14 for results in 72 hours. It's now been over 48 and the lab patient portal still says the sample wasn't even received. I called the Walgreens on Dylan Dr to check, and the pharmacy employee said it was pending. I'm not sure if it was even sent at this point. CVS had it back in 24 hours, next time I'll stick with them

I love that this place is rarely packed and usually had what I need. I've ordered photos online and they've been ready promptly. Very nice location.

Cashier was extremely rude to me here today. I needed to drop off a package for FedEx, so I was looking UP at the signage to see where to go when I walked inside. I've never set foot in this store before, so I was unaware of the fact that they had circles to stand on to wait in line. I am aware of social distancing, so I was waiting what I thought was 6+ feet away from the person at the counter. The cashier said can I help you? So I said yes, I need to drop a package for FedEx and started walking to the counter to hand her said package. She SCREAMED at me to get on the circle. I was wearing a mask that obscured my ability to see the floor right around me so I couldn't even see what circle she was talking about. I just stepped even farther back, wondering if she wanted me to throw the package to her from 10 feet away or what? She made me repeat myself once I'd relocated, then radioed for a manager to come get my package. At that point I had no idea whether or not to approach the counter, toss the package, or what. Pretty strange experience on top of the rudeness. I'm just wondering how this cashier expected me to divine that she was not going to take the package I was pretty clearly needing to drop off and why she felt it was appropriate to scream at a customer like that. If it were me, I would have said - please stand where you are and tell me how I can help you.
