I came into this location yesterday. No employees were helpful. I only saw two employees in the whole store and they both were rude. One was a male and the other was a female. The female with dark hair , I think her name may be Heather or something but she was super rude and unprofessional. The gentleman finally came to help find what I was looking for.

Store is convenient and expensive which is what one would expect from a convenience store with a pharmacy. The worst part is all the idiot drivers that don’t realize that the parking along High St is back-in only. There are near misses here constantly, how hard is it to read and follow the signs?

Great pharmacy, the only thing is you guys should have the parking lines in a different way, if I'm coming from the right I expect the parking lines face the right, it's easy that way to get in the parking spot and easy to get out, in the way you actually have it is a struggle to get out of the parking spot because I have to back up in a busy street to try to get out and face the right line of the street... Hope you guys change it

Creeped out. Been going here since it was Rite Aid. The staff running the checkouts are courteous, but lately the chud manager in the navy Walgreens polo won't stop eyeballing me and my kids, so I ain't going back again.

This place is a treasure. It is clean as a whistle - when you walk in there is a cinnamon smell in the air. They think of everything to make the experience pleasant. Whoever is in charge of this aspect of the operation is really smart. The prices are low and competitive. The employees are all nice and friendly and I haven't learned all their names but Kim is top-notch and goes out of her way to be friendly and helpful. I just cannot say enough nice things about this store and location. The whole shopping experience is pleasant tip-to-toe. Right On Walgreens!

Was at the Walgreens on Richmond rd. I was told they do not price match. After reviewing Walgreens.com it states they in fact DO price match. Took my item to this location on E. high Street. Service was HORRIBLE. I was showing the two employees “Kim” and apparently assistant store manager “Barb” the online article that states they do price match. They continued to try and argue with me and be nasty with their tones and attitudes. “Barb” stated shes the assistant store manager and “knows what she is talking about.” She then claimed she purchased something that was cheaper online and they didn’t price match for her so she knows for a fact it’s not legit. After several minutes of back and forth Kim went and asked the store manager, he told them they do indeed price match. Moral of the story, if something is not known, It does not hurt to ask. The attitudes and back and forth argument could have been avoided if proper customer service was in effect. I would like to believe Walgreens has better training and customer service than what was provided to me today by these two employees, especially an assistant store manager. But Instead both employees with one claiming she is the asst. store manager wanted to be rude and nasty. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated. I then called to ask to speak with the store manager, Barb got on the phone and then told me he is not in today... but 5 mins ago he was just in the store when I was. Looks like they just hire anybody as assistant manager assuming customer service is not important to them by the actions shown. Shady yet rude location.

Man this place is great, deals are much better than they used to be. BOGO Free on some stuff even!
