Over and over again I've been told my prescription would be ready in another hour. The last four times the prescription hasn't been ready when giving them three or more hours. I called the doctor and had the prescription canceled. There's only so much disappoint one can take, lying aside.
They know how to cause more stress than the medications alleviates.
Please use another drug store unless you don't mind wasting your time while thier profit keeps rolling in.

had police called on me because i was told that i was banned from the store when i wasnt told that after being accused of shoplifting when i wasnt and i had simply just picked a box of mike and ike up out of my bag to see which ones i had already cause i was considering getting more and all i had gone down there for today was cough drops and dish soap. management is racist and does not treat everyone equally. they refused to check me out but checked the white man out that was behind me and i had my bank card ready on my phone and i only had two things then i was leaving.

I’ve had no problems at the Tates Creek Rd. location. Staff is friendly and professional. It’s clean and well lit, and I always get in and out in good time.

Never coming back. Multiple issues with this location including them not having medications, poor communication about not having medications, and the final straw not slowing me to return a broken product (crutches) when I purchased them on Monday, lost the receipt after my surgery Tuesday and found the crutches were broken when I took them out of the packaging. Wednesday morning in while I’m on the another set of crutches and they refused to let me take them back. Even though we are supposed to have accounts there and I paid by a tractable credit card.
It’s not worth the risk to shop here anymore.

The sales associate states there are no public restrooms (despite the signs that state otherwise) when i asked for the bathroom code. I said i was a paying customer, and he reiterated there's no restrooms for even paying customers. Strange Walgreens. Rude associates

Rude nasty CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Was picking up a picture for a MEMORIAL SERVICE!! The female hung up on me 5 TIME not hold When someone is on hold, you can pick up the phone once someone has to call you back every time that's called hang up. Learn phone etiquette female. Them the male MANAGER or sooo He said Was equally as rude and nasty as the female never again. Will I use that store? Somebody should teach you all a little bit about etiquette. Cause you were nasty nasty shame on you. Walgreens for employing such nasty people nasty rude.

Caden is an absolute treasure. retail is a hard, undervalued, under-appreciated job, but Caden takes it all in stride and helps folks any chance he gets. if you find yourself at this location and need a hand with something, this is the person to approach.

I needed to transfer a prescription from my hometown Walgreens store to the Tates Creek Center store. I called to initiate that transfer and was on hold for an hour and thirty four minutes. I went to the store and hung up as I walked up to the pharmacy. I was told it would be ready at a three and I went back at three, stood in line behind eight people and when I finally got to the counter, I was told it would be another fifteen minutes. I walked around the store for fifteen minutes and stood in line behind six people. Finally, I got my prescription. Whether it’s poor management or just sorry employees, I’m not sure but I will no longer go to the pharmacy in that store, they have a problem. I sure do miss Rite Aid!!

A Walgreens is a Walgreens in terms of what they have but this particular location, while in a great location, the staff were not as friendly as you'd like when you're spending money at a business.

Best pharmacy in town by far, I’ve tried Kroger pharmacy and other Walgreens, this one is the best. All the pharmacy staff (and front staff in my experience) are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.
