Caden is an absolute treasure. retail is a hard, undervalued, under-appreciated job, but Caden takes it all in stride and helps folks any chance he gets. if you find yourself at this location and need a hand with something, this is the person to approach.

I needed to transfer a prescription from my hometown Walgreens store to the Tates Creek Center store. I called to initiate that transfer and was on hold for an hour and thirty four minutes. I went to the store and hung up as I walked up to the pharmacy. I was told it would be ready at a three and I went back at three, stood in line behind eight people and when I finally got to the counter, I was told it would be another fifteen minutes. I walked around the store for fifteen minutes and stood in line behind six people. Finally, I got my prescription. Whether it’s poor management or just sorry employees, I’m not sure but I will no longer go to the pharmacy in that store, they have a problem. I sure do miss Rite Aid!!

A Walgreens is a Walgreens in terms of what they have but this particular location, while in a great location, the staff were not as friendly as you'd like when you're spending money at a business.

Best pharmacy in town by far, I’ve tried Kroger pharmacy and other Walgreens, this one is the best. All the pharmacy staff (and front staff in my experience) are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.

Since I spend well over 5,000 a year including my better half, when I’m standing and waiting ten minutes and the people in front of me are having items checked for prices and none of the other four people working don’t help anyone check out. So when the cashier starts to ring in the lady in front of me again to try and get hers over so much money to use a coupon, so maybe because I have a terrible headache and had a Lyft waiting for me, just putting down five dollars for a 2.99 bottle of ibuprofen was wrong, but telling me I could just leave since I was in that big of a hurry, I could just take my money and leave. Well this young man just made me not spend any money at the store and since I opened the Restaurant next door, think I’ll just make sure the people I know understand how little business the care about.

Oddly enough they advertise in store with a large sign that they are able to do western union, however please do not waste your time as they don’t actually do them or they don’t train the associates.

Bad service, 11/04/22 3:44pm, TREVOL was very rude to me, he did not want to apply my discount coupons and he wanted to take me out of the store by taking me by the arm, a lot of racism with Latinos even though we are American citizens,

Had to grab a couple of things and needed to use the restroom. I went in and there was no toilet paper or soap. The paper towel dispenser was jammed so I couldn’t get any paper towel. Then to top it all off the toilet didn’t even flush. Absolute joke

Absolutely worse pharmacy! Unprofessional, unorganized, unaware, slow, incapable, etc, etc, etc.

I've been ordering from the website with curbside pickup. Yesterday, never having been inside this location, I decided to walk in to pickup my order. I did a quick walk through just to check it out. This is a very nice Walgreens. The shelves were neat and organized, with lots of sale tags on many items. Not your usual Walgreens, upscale-ish and more inviting than others nearby. A keeper. 75

I need to take Prozac so I don't kill myself. I ran out on Sunday, but forgot till early Monday morning to put in for a refill. I did this on their website at 1:47 am Monday. The website indicated my refill order had been received and would be ready for pickup on Tuesday morning at 11 am. When I hadn't received a text by 2 pm on Tuesday, I logged in to the website. It said there was a problem with my order and to call 859-273-0222. I called and a computer answered. The computer offers no option to speak to a pharmacist. Instead, it asked for my phone number, and then said, "Hmm, I'm not seeing any account under that number. Would you like to try another number?" I only have one number, so I said, "No." Then it asked me if I would like to refill a prescription, check on an order status, or hear the store hours." I hung up, called again, got the same result. So I went to the store. I explained--or tried to--to the pharmacy tech. She said something to the effect that she wasn't responsible for the website, and that if I put in my order Monday, it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. I told her that the website said it would be ready at 11 am Tuesday. Then she asked me if I had insurance. I said no with, I admit, a hard edge to my voice, but I was not shouting, I was not stomping my feet, or banging my hands on the counter. I said no with a hard edge to my voice. Then she said, "There's no reason to be hateful, ma'am." Finally she offered to fill my prescriptions ready for pickup in half an hour. I said fine, and left the store. I drove around for a bit, then when I had 10 minutes left on the timer I had set, I called in a pickup order at Ramsey's. Despite the computer not having my number, it did text me that my prescriptions were ready as I sat in my car. Wishing to have as little contact with the Walgreens staff as possible, I prepaid while in my car. Another pharmacy tech rang me up, and tried to charge me again, but I showed her my phone again and reminded her I'd prepaid. If you suffer from depression with suicidal ideation, do not get your anti-depressants from this store. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to eat a delicious Ramsey's hot brown that I had no trouble ordering or picking up from Ramsey's delightful staff.
