Terrible do not go here ever!!! Walgreens on pink pigeon is less than a mile away and is miles in difference for efficiency, reliability and customer service. Thank you pink pigeon!

They can’t keep the pharmacy staffed so they are constantly closing at random times with no notice. It’s really difficult to actually get your medicine from them.

Too bad they won’t let me give a negative review. I would give -5 stars. Horribly understaffed. Not helpful employees. I firmly believe that a company can make employees bad by the environment one is forced to work in. This is one of those places.

Unreliable. Prescriptions not filled in timely manner, pharmacy closed frequently outside of normal close and lunch times. Wish my neighborhood pharmacy was more reliable.

TERRIBLE pharmacy. If your prescription is urgent but you accidentally show up at 6:03 instead of 6 pm when they close and they’re standing around doing nothing, you better come back tomorrow. Do better. Customers are the reason why you have a job

Drive thru Pharmacy lady was rudest I have ever seen. If you cannot handle your job properly go ahead do something else. I will avoid this store as much as possible.

I moved from the other side of town 2 years ago and have given this pharmacy ample time to show they can be a good pharmacy. They are so very slow, often do not have the medicine I need and get every month. I have heard every excuse as to why they can’t get the medicines I have needed but other Walgreens have it in stock. On top of all of this the pharmacist is not the nicest and lacks few customer service skills. Having been a sole Walgreens pharmacy user for the last 10years, it looks like I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Medication constantly out of stock.Unfortunately due to my insurance I am locked into this pharmacy or I would be taking my business elsewhere. They always suggest to check at another pharmacy if they're out of stock, however, this is not an effective solution because as stated before I am locked into this pharmacy. Would rate 0/5 if possible

Outside of building looks awful, nobody trims the bushes , time to tear this building down and put something good up that makes the front of the neighborhood look better . Theirs already a Walgreens on pink pigeon anyways .

(I have to give one star to comment) "I GIVE WALGREENS PHARMACY IN ALL OF LEXINGTON 0 STARS" Please save yourself and go to a different pharmacy!! Walgreens in general are just terrible in Lexington KY!! I'm Born and raised in Florida and have never dealt with the rude employee want to be pharmacist like this location and Pink Pigeon Location!! My attorney is getting secret shoppers which are ahead of the whole Walgreens including the pharmacist to show exactly how rude and nasty these folks are! It's 10 x's worse at the Pink Pigeon Location across from Hamburg I promise you!! They are both in for a rude awakening once this takes place and they will be recorded and fired on the spot! (If only I could be a fly on the wall to watch it since I was the one mistreated and had to go through what I did with these employees aka not Pharmacist, they just work back there with pharmacist!!) I mean if you don't like your job and can't handle what your job intends for you to do, go back to fast food and out of Walgreens! VERY SIMPLE!! PROBLEM SOLVED!!
