Not big fan of Walgreens. But lately, I have been funding good deals to take advantage of. Love the fact that you can order online, get the order delivered, pick it up in store,drive thru, or curbside.

This pharmacy has been closed one day a week at least for the last several weeks! Apparently their staffing issues are so dire that they inconvenience their customers on a regular basis. Do not choose this location for your pharmacy needs.

The pharmacy is always closed during the times and days it should be open. 11:00 am on a Thursday morning it is once again closed all day! Unbelievable!

It took them a while to assist me at th register. Plus,Never have I had a Walgreens in Lexington ask me for my identification to load paper money on a cash app card even while I am a member of their servicea. It appears this location runs things differently. That's not good. I will avoid this store for it appears to run it their way and not per policy.

I want to give this Walgreens a good review because they are very friendly. However, this location is frequently closed during its posted open hours. This is highly inconvenient.

The cashier in front was really rude to another worker who was stocking, it made me uncomfortable due to comments and frustration towards another employee as I was checking out, this should be dealt with behind closed doors not on the sales floor while you have someone at your register checking out.

My wife stopped by to get Gatorade but they were out of stock so she chose bottled water. The cashier checked her out and crumpled up her coupon and threw it away without asking whether or not she wanted it. It was a coupon for Gatorade which she often buys for the electrolytes.
She was shocked and disappointed but was not going to demand the cashier to suffer the indignity to dig through the garbage to fish out her coupon.
Might not seem like a big deal but it speaks on many levels to a lack of professionalism, consideration and basic courtesy.

I'm a pharmacist who worked for Walgreens for 8 years, so I know the wait times aren't the staff's fault, usually. Walgreens, like every other corporation, doesn't give you enough help. So, how is the pharmacy staff that they do employ? They're pretty good. 4 out of 5 stars.

Day after day, week after week, month after month, the shelves are very bare. Worst Walgreens ever. However, the staff is always understanding, and nice. It has been this way ever since the buyout of Rite-Aid. Just tried to contact Walgreens on their websites customer feedback area. Of course it didn’t function properly. Guess they don’t care and/or don’t want to know.
