Walgreens is a place to refill prescriptions and shop for health, beauty, and gift items, as well as print photos. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and takes time to talk to ensure customers are satisfied, though waits can be a little long when busy. The store as a whole is pricy, but that is to be expected. Shopping experiences with staff vary. Some employees are extremely polite and helpful, informing customers of worthwhile promotions and walking them through the store with a great bubbly personality to make them feel welcomed and at ease. However, other experiences note that some employees can seem lazy or unhappy, ignoring long lines and appearing unwilling to help, leaving coworkers to handle backed-up checkouts. Customers report that when staff are helpful, it makes for an absolute delight and a positive experience that encourages them to return to that location.

Pharmacists and staff at this Richmond Road location are awesome. I was in a hurry, and they did everything they could to help me out. Love the drive-thru at this place as well. A+
