First off. The people that work here are always nice and helpful but seem stressed because there are so many people needing help. Shutting down for lunch break doesn’t work for customers. Closing the second lane during Covid and never re opening doesn’t work for customers. Waiting at least 25 minutes in line for a simple prescription doesn’t work for customers. I’ve used this place for 15 years. It has gone downhill so bad. I will relocate our prescriptions when I get time. Currently sitting in one lane drive through going on 27 minutes. This is typical here. With a line around the building.

Julie the manager went the extra mile to help my 91 year old mother load a picture off her phone to print. It took a lot of patience and kindness. She is a great manager!

Went to Walgreens on Pinkpigeon and the customer service was very very poor. Five people are working in the pharmacy and only one seem to be waiting on customers. I was told you were next, and then they waited on someone else.

The phone service is suck. I am trying to check if my daughter's prescription is ready or not, but the auto machine keeps hanging the line.

The “lead manager” Doug is so rude. He was working in photos, and they messed up our order and overcharged us. Not a big deal, but he didn’t even try to help fix the problem. It was a horrible experience and I’ll will never go back to this store again. This man doesn’t need to be helping with customers at all. How could someone like this be a lead manager? Just be a nice human, it’s not that hard.

Clean and organized. Helpful cashier young girl with a good attitude. Nice customer service and she checked people out quickly. Good job!

The pharmacy employees were hella rude. Waited at the counter for a few minutes for help - no one else was in line - while they carry on a conversation with one another without a care in the world. Then another lady walks up to the other nearby counter and they immediately help her instead of myself that had been clearly standing there first. It’s my first time today visiting Lexington, or even KY for that matter, and i didn’t realize i became invisible once i crossed the state line. I guess Southern hospitality stops at the TN border. Although Walgreens doesn’t care, they lost a transaction today. And after reading other reviews, i realize it isn’t just me.

Shout out to Kiersten in the pharmacy. She was so kind when my dog was suffering a medical emergency. She got the items I needed and expedited the transaction. I am so grateful for her understanding and for going above and beyond to help. Thank you, Kiersten. I’m so grateful for you.

Staff are very unfriendly. Front desk associates and those working in the photo area don’t know what’s going on, they don’t communicate to each other and they don’t care about helping the customer. With all the options in the Hamburg area, I would not recommend this store.

I would give it zero stars but don't think it would allow me. Sat on hold for an hour. Go somewhere else save you energy all they'll do is drive up your blood pressure!

Never encountered such a bad service attitude, open the comments to know that I am not the first. 8: 00pm A middle-aged man with a short white beard. Maybe he had a bad day. But that shouldn't be a reason to be rude to your customers. The management is really poor, and the handling of the incident is also low.

We’ve been here for a few years and are officially done. The people have just gotten rude and when you talk to management they just don’t care. I spoke to someone at front and she acknowledge they have issues and just said corporate wouldn’t help with staffing so not much she could do. We all deal with understaffing but being rude to customers and constantly can’t find prescriptions which we later find out they had already… it’s happened atleast 5 times in 6 weeks. We are moving on and so should you!

The ‘lunch break’ at this pharmacy is a joke. If a customer is line before the 130 cut off, take care of them. Don’t let us wait, only to get to the window because you can’t take care of the cars efficiently in front of me (i waited 14 minutes for 2 cars) and then say you can’t take me because of your ‘lunch’. Do better. I am a customer choosing to come to you. Not the other way around.

Doug doesn’t need to be at the register or around any customers. Everytime I have ever seen him he’s huffing and puffing, shaking his head or arguing with a customer. Multiple occasions.
