I have had an account at WesBanco since they came to Lexington, never had an issue. I visit this location most of the time never a problem. Excellent service well mannered employees. However today I feel this manager should be proud of there employee Pat while performing her job, she went above the call of duty. She was extremely nice and so courteous.Recently I was visiting the Sir Barton location in Lexington to make a deposit. My bank teller “Pat” was attempting to complete my deposit into my account, this was the first time I had used my new checks. She came back and advised me that my deposit slip had the wrong account number on it. Upon discussing how I had received my checks she advised me she would check into this matter. She immediately took care of this situation, making sure my deposit made it into the correct account. She ordered me new checks that would arrive shortly. Great service with a smile!! It’s not everyday you find good employees!
