About What Chefs Want
What Chefs Want is a business with a challenging dock for truck deliveries. The dock area is difficult, with almost unnoticeable yellow lines and metal rebar tips that can flatten tires. It is not for beginners. Delivery with a 53ft trailer is manageable but not ideal. Unloading happens around 8am. Staff is super friendly and great, and drivers are typically out in 45 minutes. A noted inconvenience is drivers sometimes arriving without product, which chefs should be notified about prior to ordering. Parking is first-come, first-served, possibly overnight, by a fence.

Overall I give you guys 7 out of 10 the drivers showing up without product sometime is very inconvenient if you guys don't have it the chef should be notified prior to order being placed as US foods does.

Awesome crew. Only draw back is that it's extremely tight. Bring all your skills and patience.
